Scott Shafer is amazing. We bought a repo home that is both complex and hadn’t been lived in for over 2 years. Scott has been going through the home and making repairs to many systems; heat pumps, furnaces, etc. Scott also took the time to explain how the house worked, how to do routine maintenance, and when regular maintenance by Quality Heating should be performed.

Quality Heating has been slow to respond with scheduling but mainly due to peak season work and our preference to use Scott exclusively. Some repairs have been very expensive. Quality Heating only bills when work is complete to our satisfaction. This is a plus in our minds.

Quality heating has a very accommodating team. My mother-in-law was very worried about ppl being in her home due to covid-19 and the employees of quality heating were very understanding. While working with my husband, myself and my in-laws over the phone they found ways to accommodate our needs and allow only one person entry to the home (which was needed for a complete install). The tech that came to the house (bruce) was very polite, understanding and passionate about his job. My husband offered him a tip, which he refused to take, and he said a simple thank you would be more than enough.

Our A/C wasn't working and they were able to get out quickly. The technician did a full service check of both our A/C and furnace. He discovered the problem right away and was able to replace the part. We felt their pricing was fair also.

When I called I told them the name and model number of my unit as well as what was wrong with it, I even took pictures. I was unable to fix it myself as I work out of town during the week when stores are open. They said they had someone in area who could stop by. The guy looked at it, told us the name and model number and what was wrong with it, which we already knew. He said he couldn't fix it, but gave us a bill for $200 for service call, trip fee, and diagnosis. Then, with my wife and baby in snow with no heat, he offered to sell a new unit for $4,000. I took off work, bought the $50 part and fixed it myself. These people are pure evil.

Wow! These guys have their act together! Very informed and extremely good communications and customer care. They even found State energy credits that saved me $2,000 on my project. I would NOT hesitate to use them.

Quality Heating is fantastic! They have been taking care of BrightSide Animal Center for ages. Whenever I call they are right over to help us. We have a VERY old system and Quality has been wonderful with repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend them to any business. Thanks!!

The bottom line is they got caught with their pants down! Quality tried to blow us off until another HVAC company said that the furnace was running way to hot - close to its shut off temperature. Only then did Quality come out and make a lot of modifications to try to improve the installation. And they still left the furnace out of spec in at least two areas - air flow and temperature rise!

We have suffered with a burning smell for two years that caused my wife health problems! And it took another HVAC company to finally resolve the problem.

So, don’t trust Quality’s design or installation, unless you want to spend hundreds of hours fighting with them and learning way more about forced air heating than you ever wanted to and possibly suffer health issues for two years too!

I think the service to the Geo-Thermal unit was OK, but the serviceman will not be asked back. He doesn't like women, including the "dumb ones"
that work at the business. He told me my unit didn't "roar" as I called it before the service. I think it does to me because it still does now. I feel sorry for his wife if he has one.

Keith was amazing, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and gave us some options. None of the other local companys could be here before Thursday! Very pleased! would highly recommend Quality Heating.

All my experience with this company thus far have been very positive. Great response time, really nice technicians. Keith came out yesterday and bada bing bada boom I'm cool and comfy again. Nice guy.......happy customer! (The last technician I had out for routine servicing was equally nice.) Thank you!!!!!
