This year, I had to replace my old furnace & air conditioning system. Quality Heating salesperson David, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and needed at good price. AND Ryan & his crew were wonderful with the install. I am amazed at how good and efficient my new system is,

More recently, I had issues with my gas fireplace. I went to a fireplace shop for advice and was told not to turn it on, it had to be replaced. I was told "replacement" was the "only option" ... this would amount to over $12,000 for a contractor and a new fireplace installed.

Not knowing what to do I checked Quality Heating's website and was so relieved to find that they also sell and services gas fireplaces! They came out, cleaned and checked out my fireplace and started it up. Keith told me how to avoid fireplace issues and charged me a very reasonable service fee.

In just this past year I've met several of Quality Heating's very capable service and sales employees David, Keith, Scott, & Ryan to name a few, are all knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant, and the office staff is amazing and accommodating.
I highly recommend Quality Heating!

Scott was honest, fast, explained how the new thermostat worked.

1/24 update:
Thermostat was not necessary, it was a wire on the outside unit. The tech didn't even check past the thermostat. $530! Can't get a hold of the sales manager to get a refund and my old working thermostat back. Changing from a 5 star to 1.

1/24 update:
Rushed home from work for the 3rd time for repairs. Hour later, hasn't shown up. Although the tech Jim is incredible, this company is horrible. Lady who answers the phone is rude and received a ton of attitude. Charging me almost $200 for a wire repair?!? BS. I do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

1/25 update:
Tech never showed up. Company claims I cancelled my appointment. Michelle is extremely rude, suggests my boyfriend isn't knowledgeable and can't hook up a thermostat.

Jim is incredibly kind, even Scott. Finally received my old thermostat back. Why do they take these anyways? One tech claims they throw them away. But yet they still had mine after how many days?!?! Do they refurbish them? Resell them? Or like mine, that still works...

David was our contact for our bid and installing our new Trane system. Could not ask for better service and help with any questions we had. They went above and beyond with the service they provided. The installation staff was prompt and on time, friendly very efficient, they also gave great instruction on running our new system and new thermostat. We highly recommend Quality Heating in Redmond.

Quality Heating put in a Daikon Mini Split for us in September. Brian evaluated our needs in late August and installation was three weeks later. He was knowledgeable and informative. The install team and electrical team did a great job! Wish we had done this years ago!

Keith was punctual, capable, honest and very helpful. We called on a Saturday. He returned our call within 10 minutes and was at our door right when he said he would be. It turned out we didn't need service, but he was very patient and good about answering our questions. I recommend Quality Heating very highly.

Saying Quality Heating did a great job would genuinely be an under statement. Our 24-year old HVAC system gave up one Sunday morning. By Monday quote accepted and by Friday the house was warmer than it ever had been. Everyone was professional, caring and conscientious of the service they provided and equipment installed. Quality Heating was the HVAC contractor for my home in Eagle Crest as part of the build out in 2011-12. They are the only ones who have inspected, maintained and repaired the system to this day, and I see no reason to go elsewhere. They are responsive to my calls, always have flexibility in their schedule depending upon the reason for the call, do excellent work and have polite, courteous and expert technicians. I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC work

We have had great experience with Quality Heating. Scott serviced our gas fireplace that was not working properly. A few weeks later an unusual and unrelated problem developed. Scott came back and very carefully analyzed the issue and solved the problem. I was expecting to be charged for this second service call, but I was very pleasantly surprised when there was no charge! Very rare to find a company like Quality Heating.
