I called up AccuAir, for a problem I was having with the air flow in my ducts. They were able to send out a technician, ( Mason ) the very next day.
He arrived on time, patiently listened to the problem I was having, and within an hour he corrected the issue.

I have used this company in the past, and without hesitation, I will continue using them in the future.
I am thankful AccuAir employs good, honest technicians like Mason.

AccuAir. The office staff were helpful. Mike Holliday, the estimator was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of pertinent details for the HVAC system. Also, the installers were very responsible and hard-working.
Emmitt Potter and Alex E.on 2/22/22 worked in conditions below 15*F outdoors, in the garage and under the house. They ought to be commended for working under these conditions.

From the beginning they were great to work with. Had three contractors bid 1 never got me a price the other showed up with out a mask and never asked if I cared. Mike had great input on design and got me quote on the spot. Andrew and his helper kept job site spotless and communicated the progress along the way .

On the day of the removal and replacement of my system Andrew and Emmitt fought the hottest day this year and were the true meaning of professionalism. I've dealt with few HVAC repairs operation and AccuAir is the one I will be calling on from now on. Our serviceman, Michael Dixon, always goes above and beyond! We were facing an issue of replacing the whole AC unit and other businesses didn't even provide a viable option such as replacing our compressor. AccuAir was the only one that provided such option and saved us thousands of dollars. In every stage of communication, from the initial phone call to the level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the repairmen, AccuAir exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

AccuAir was a breath of fresh air in Bend contractors. They were responsive, handled rebates seamlessly, had prompt scheduling, and did a professional job installing our new furnace. After the install, Mike returned to make sure that the system was performing correctly and that we were happy with the job. If we need any similar project or maintenance in the future i would go no where else. I'm totally impressed.

Mason was phenomenal, and very quick with the repair. He had to re-wire the AC so it would show up on the east thermostat. Plus, I was worried that when they said the appointment time was 4PM-7PM that they wouldn’t show up until 6-7, but he got here right at 4, with a courtesy call 10 minutes beforehand!

I always use AccuAir from Redmond for all my HVAC needs. My air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days here in Central Oregon. They were out the same day and worked diligently to fix the system. AccuAir arrived two hours early, completed the work and had us up and working within a very short time period. Mike is great!
