These guys are great. They installed an AC unit in 2017 quickly and for a fair price. Plus, I’ve used them for maintenance on both AC and furnace. My house is a rental and I’ve allowed them access without me having to be home. Very honest and dependable. Highly recommend!

Our Radiant heating system stopped working. We couldn't even get hot water. At first when we called they couldn't make it for 5 days but once I told them it was an emergency they came out ASAP. I think it was same day or the next day. They completed the service quickly for a great price and they didn't cut any corners. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them back for my next service.

I’ve been using the Heating Specialist preventative maintenance service since I moved into my house and they’ve kept everything in great shape. Thanks to Steve, who not only cleaned the build up from our AC unit but also showed me how to do it and explained the purpose. I appreciate the positive attitude and help!

After a small misunderstanding with the office we got things cleared up and the parts were shipped next day from back east. I could not understand why the office did not give me that option especially since we had talked about it but things happen and after a weeks wait the parts were delivered to their Halsey St. location. Sam was the tech that came
out to do the repair and install the new gas valve. He was very professional and completed a nice clean install. After that he brought the tank up to temperature and made sure all the components worked properly before he left.
The only reason I did not leave a 5 star rating was the fact that I should have had this work completed in 3 or 4 days not a full week...especially in the dead of winter.
All in all I am happy with The Heating Specialist and would recommend their business to anyone needing work of this description.

An amazing company to work with. From when I put in an online quote request to having a fully installed and tested A/C unit was less than two weeks. Staff were professional, courteous, and kind to our kids with their million questions.

The Heating Specialists were incredible to work with compared to so many other inefficient, high sales pressure, rip off companies in the HVAC profession. I was surprised how hard it was to get a reputable company that did not want to take you for all you had. Sky was the worst of the worst, and everything from them up was just about the same. Finally from a reference from a friend I was referred to The Heating Specialists. Their bid/quote was right on and highly competitive for the replacing of our 40 yr furnace, and the addition of an AC. They PRICED ACCORDINGLY and did an exceptional job from start to finish. I was able to get scheduled within a decent time frame, they showed up on time and ready, they worked throughout the day to accomplish the installation by the end of the day as promised. I cannot say enough good things about this company after dealing with so many bad HVAC companies during the quote/bidding process. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work that needs to be done!

Kevin Pierce did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem with our boiler. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't recommend him and the Heating Specialist enough. Thanks!

The Heating Specialist team was A+ in all regards. So much so that I took out a 3 year maintenance contract with them for twice a year maintenance of our furnace ( which was not theirs) and AC (which was theirs). Highly recommend them for all your heating and AC needs.

I called this morning to have our furnace fixed and there was a tech, Steve, at my house right away. Ended up being a dead bird in the blower motor. Steve was great. He worked fast and was very friendly. Reasonably price. Great experience!

I called 2 companies. The other one didn't call back. The Heating Specialist answered right away and gave me an appointment. The technician called me 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was quick, efficient, and fair. He gave me a senior discount on the part he replaced. I'd recommend The Heating Specialist without question.
