The Heating Specialist

I trust this company. I've had them perform a maintenance on my furnace last winter and was so impressed I had them install a full home air conditioner this spring! Everyone in the company works hard to take care of the customer and they provide exceptional service at a fair price.

We had a condenser pump fail and the resulting slow leak ruined drywall, the carpet and a rug. I called the heating company we'd been using for 20 years, but they couldn't get me in for four days after hours for emergency rates. I started looking around and stumbled on The Heating Specialists.

I called and they could get me in the same day as my regular heating co but earlier so no emergency rates. The great gal who answered the phone suggested I send pictures and within five minutes of sending them after seeing what I was dealing with, she called back and got me scheduled for the next day.

The tech was able to come earlier than scheduled and got us fixed right up. They were both wonderful to deal with, and I absolutely will be using them from here on out.

The heating specialist/heat pump company went above and beyond for us. The bid was fair, the installation was fine, very professional and good communication. However, when we had a problem, they really knocked themselves out to solve it. This was a noisy unit, and I think some companies would have given up. They tried 3 fixes and finally returned the unit under warranty. Similar thing happened recently when a part went out under warranty. No charge for the repair. They did the service on the heat pumps for the regular charge, explained everything to me and the tenants. I am very grateful.

They service a restored 3-storey house used as counseling offices. Even heating is a challenge with 3 floors, but they've done a good job. Very respectful and knowledgeable. The original owner (Dave Brent) is semi-retired, and we worked with him for a long time before. But, current employees are doing a fine job. We have a service contract with them, and they are quick to respoond to any problems. We also have them service our home once a year.

This company installed a furnace without going over my options for a larger filter size given the furnace for the main unit lives inside the ADU!? The furnace only takes a size that has to be changed monthly. When I asked them to discuss my options, they want to charge me again to come out! This after they've been neglecting my calls for over two years trying to find out the right size for the furnace as I was left with the cheapest worst starter filter that didn't even really fit.

We were recommended to The Heating Specialist by a commercial and residential rental manager. We called for an appointment. The same day, Steve called from his last repair, and arrived promptly at our building. Although it took him a couple of hours, he repaired our air conditioning without first telling us our air conditioning and furnace needed replacing. We will use him and The Heating Specialist again for all of our residential and commercial heating and air conditioning repairs. What a great experience!

The Heating Specialist installed a new furnace and AC unit at our home a few years ago. Everything was smooth and we love our system. We use their service plan for maintenance and their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I should start by saying that I don't write reviews often but these guys deserve a 5-star review! We just (literally just) had our furnace replaced by the wonderful technicians from The Heating Specialist. The initial visit took place less than a week ago and install is already complete! The gentleman that serviced our unit, Mike, Brian, and Hunter were unbelievably punctual, polite, and informative and we cannot thank you enough! Also, a very special thank you to the administrative staff at The Heating Specialists who made this process seamless and easy. Thank you again for all your hard work and making this a truly enjoyable experience! To all those looking for a business to service their heating units - look no further - these are your people!

They did a great job of updating our old hydronic heating system and water heater. They did a beautiful install - even the inspectors were impressed. Great communication and friendly staff - would highly recommend!
