The work was done in a timely manner, and the radiant heating was installed professionally 10/10 would recommend. They even came in to help us figure out how to use the control panel and how to schedule when the floors heat up and cool down.

We have been with this company for four years now and they are always professional and good at what they do! We have a heat pump - not very common - and they are very skilled at what they do. So grateful to have a reliable company we can count on.

I bought a furnace from them less than three years ago. The furnace caused a carbon monoxide leak in my house. Their technician determined it was due to a manufacturer’s defect in the main heat exchanger. Jennifer at their office was wonderful. She was able to get the manufacturer to pay for the parts and labor. The furnace is running better now than it ever had.

Very professional install done CORRECTLY. Refrigerant collected and recycled line set flushed and nitrogen purge while brazing. Also the use of a Micron Gauge during the vacuum down phase correctly removing any moisture from the system prior to introducing the refrigerate charge. Exemplary work on the part of the install crew. Not an easy install and had technical issues but the crew was steady and professional moving forward to overcome the problems. With some experienced technical support the control integration problems were also overcome. Now I have the quality of a Lennox system integrated into my existing furnace. Exactly what I needed. Admin support did well too, thank you for a job well done!

I had the Heating Specialist install a hydronic heating system (where the hot water heater also provides the heat for the HVAC) in the late 90s. It worked great for years, and when some components needed to be replaced recently, I was very glad to discover they are still in business and still doing good work.

Otto has always been very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always estimates quite accurately what his services will cost. He’s really the boiler expert!
The answering and scheduling staff are always courteous and helpful too.
