I've been using the Heating Specialist for many years - they are fantastic! The technicians have outstanding technical expertise and their customer service is excellent. My AC recently needed repair work and they were quick to respond, shared detailed information, and delivered very high quality work. I also recommend them for regular maintenance to stay ahead of heating and AC problems.

The company did a nice job installing our new ductless minisplit AC system. Jacob did the final install and testing and was very helpful in explaining how to operate it. Thank you!

We had a problem with our air conditioning and Kevin P. came out to help us. He has a such a passion for his work and really went the extra mile. He is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. We even had to call him to come back and he came that very day because he knew we were putting our house on the market that night. Such dedication! We highly recommend the Heating Specialist.

My 19-year old furnace either needed an expensive repair or replacement. The furnace company on site gave me a pretty expensive bid and were pushing me to commit. Luckily, my friend knew a tech at The Heating Specialist, who put me in touch with the owner. He came out right away, gave me a very reasonable bid on an appropriate furnace with no pressure and were able to install next business day! The crew were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Boy, does this furnace put out the heat! I'm very pleased.

I've used the team at The Heating Specialist twice now. First was the replace my furnace in an emergency during the coldest week of the year, and recently to add A/C. The team was excellent both times. Unlike some contracting services, they checked in with me multiple times during the day to make sure lines were ran in locations which fit our needs given the layout of the house. Their work is top notch and the people are great. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to Daniel at the Heating Specialists. He really came to the rescue when our buyers were closing on our property. They were told they had to put in a secondary heat source because it only had a wood stove and the financing couldn’t happen until that was completed. After calling and getting quotes from three companies. Daniel with the Heating Specialists seemed to be the best priced with more options and he was really good explaining the product that would work best for this particular home. He also made it happen for us within the following week and his team was helpful, professional and efficient. And the closing happened on schedule. The new homeowners were so thankful and are super happy with the product. There was excellent communication during the entire process. Also, I have a childcare and during the fires, Daniel personally delivered me filters for my HVAC system when I couldn’t find any in stores. The Heating Specialists ghave won over our business for all future needs!

Highly recommend Kevin Pierce. We have been dealing with furnace issues for years that others have not been able to resolve. Kevin has come out twice and each time was very thorough ensuring that everything was working and in good shape before he left. We will continue to use him in the future!

I would like to thank Daniel of the Heating Specialist for coming out to my house on a weekend on a wet and cold day in December to install a new Lennox furnace. I was without heat and he made it a priority to come out as soon as possible to replace my furnace. Daniel was very knowledgeable and took away my old furnace and left the work area clean. I've used The Heating Specialist in two homes. In one I worked with the owner David. His team put in a boiler and tankless hot water system which was used for a hydro radiant heating system and hot water to the house. They were professional, fast, and left behind a high quality product that worked well for years and I'm sure will continue to work well for the new home owners for many years to come.
In my second house I've had The Heating Specialist out to service the air conditioner and heater. What can I say, they were on time, worked efficiently, left me with a smile.
The office folks are also easy to talk to. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. In fact, I have a friend that will be closing soon an a home purchase and I told her to be sure to call the Heating Specialist to have them service her heating/cooling system in her new-to-her home.

I would definitely recommend The Heating Specialist if you are looking for help with your HVAC system. I worked with Kevin 8 days ago when my heater stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed blower motor using a specialty tester - he is a true expert in HVAC systems.

They were unable to fix the heater due to no availability in the US of a Lennox warrantied part due to COVID supply chain issues. Kevin gave me three options: replace the furnace, get the part and have him install it, or get the part and install it myself. I told him I wanted to install it myself and he took the time to walk me through the process. Because of him, I was able to find a motor off eBay and repair my heater!

I really trust The Heating Specialist because of Kevin. He wasn't just trying to make money by forcing a new heater as my only option. He did the right thing and helped me get my heater working in a cost effective way. I'll be calling them once I actually do need to replace my heater.
