Worked with Tim from The Heat Pump Store to better understand the need in my house and eventually settled in a ducted-ductless Heat Pump system with a handler in the attic connected to a unit outside, using our existing ducting for distribution.

From the initial consultations with Tim, to the follow-up check-ins and finally the installation, everything was professional and well done. Tim was in communication with me during the installation, and the unit works great to keep the house cool even on very warm days. Total game-changer!

We have two of their pumps. Your first reaction is always to feel that the big is way high, but after they have installed the system, and knowing how other companies operate, your satisfaction is total. They are well organized, bring all necessary human support to make it easy and fast, clean after themselves, and explain everything you need to know and more with clarity. They also have a reliable support service. We removed our furnace six years ago and installed our first pump. We have been so happy with this heat/AC machine, that we have installed a second one for the attic, different model and size.
