Rhonda was 10/10 top to bottom, excellent with communication and planning. We got several quotes, between price, service, and general gut feeling the Heat Pump Store was a no brainer.

Install went well, although something came up for Rhonda and she was unable to be there, she had a great team member in her place. He was flexible with my expectations of routing the external lines and worked between his crew and myself to find a solution that was manageable for all parties.

Small detail, but notable nonetheless, a fermentation crock I had in the basement was used for a garbage can and was filled with construction debris for me to clean out after the install. Not a huge deal, but this is the kind of thing that has bugged me over the years when I worked on jobs. It seems like common culture of install crews to lack on clean up after the job is complete and in general having a little
Lack of respect while in someone’s home.

We have a heatpump installed by the heat pump store and it was amazing service. From the installer Abraham to the electrician jonh right up to Rhonda sales person really nice lady to work with.

Recently had our first service call and the service manager Debora was very responsive to scheduling - the lead tech Jamie did a thorough diagnostic and the issue was resolved promptly- very pleased with our mini split investment and how well they help keep us cool and comfortable - thank you

On time for every scheduled appointment. Friendly accommodating owner & office staff. Very professional electricians and system installer. They did the installing an open building in late December when it was quite cold outside (I know because I was outside with them). No leaks of chemicals...no disruption of my belongings...Daiken 2 zone system powered up the 1st time and I have enjoyed a very clean warm building ever since..Thanks

What a pleasant experience !!! Rhonda was GREAT help in getting my system installed and Joel, the young man that started the install was unbelievably professional ! He started working as soon as he pulled up and didn`t stop until the job was complete within 4 hours ! The others that showed up to help Joel mid way through were also professional in every way ! Oh,,, did I say how much I love my system !!! My home is now a steady warmth that I have never had ! No warm up cool down cycle ! Just a steady temp all day and night long ! Want to give a huge thank you to our service tech, Jaime for going out of his way to help us. Even coordinated a heater drop-off for us while we were waiting on our part to be ordered. He's the best!

I hired The Heat Pump Store to install ductless mini-split AC/heating in both my and my dad’s houses. In both instances, the team there (including Rhonda and Brandon) was super responsive and professional. The work was high quality and the price was fair. Highly recommended!

Brandon, Rhonda and John came in and made quick work of the installation. They were extremely friendly and very informative (taught me all the remote functions and how the unit worked). Overall I give them a 10/10!

Jamie was great! Very effiecient and friendly, he went above and beyond to deep clean and repair a unit. During his visit he was willing to check out another unit and determined it was in need of cleaning as well- he was able to complete this during the same visit and I'm so grateful as it was dirtier than I anticipated- gross! Jamie also shared information about a regular maintenence program which I appreciated. So glad to have my system back to normal, fixed, and clean!
