Several condo owners have used the company and had good success. Very professional and quick turnaround time. We literally had a snow storm right after the install so I really got to test it out! Alex & team were friendly and explained things well. I know i’m going to love it in summer with the a/c compared to old loud free standing a/c Very pleased!

Friendly and professional from the beginning to end. Tim gave us a very clear plan for the best outcome. His installation team worked together well and efficiently. We especially appreciated how well they kept us informed of what was happening and the steps they were going through. In the end they gave us a tutorial on the equipment and encouraged us to call if we had any questions. Highly recommend them.

Rhonda was wonderful. I was lost going into the process and she was very patient and thorough with me. Very prompt! She walked me through all my options and was even on site for the install. She coordinated everything for me! The whole process was smooth and I was very informed. Everyone was polite, ahead of time, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived ! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for all my future needs .

I really want to commend The Heat Pump Store and Debra for incredible customer service and professionalism today. She was fantastic at resolving the issue we have at one of the apartments we manage. Debra also brought in Jamie on the service team to explain some technical elements to me. This approach helped me feel at ease and confident to communicate the situation to our tenants as well as the apartment owner.

Shout out to Jamie for a job well done! I had a loud sqealing fan motor in my heart pump that was driving me crazy! So I called the heat pump store and they suggested an new motor for my LG unit. They booked me an appointment for a week or so out between 8am - 12pm. Jamie called at 9am to let me know he would arrive in about an hour which was right; he showed up at 10am. He replaced my noisy motor and serviced the unit, cleaned the whole thing basically, looked great! He had it back together and working in about 90 minutes or so. He even vacuumed up when he was done. All told the job took about 2 hours and now I can run my heat pump and hear my thoughts at the same time. Everyone in the house is very satisfied. Thanks!

We hired the Heat Pump Store to install a four zone ductless heat pump system to replace our gas furnace. I got four bids and they were by far the most knowledgeable about the equipment, took the most time to understand our home and what we needed, were super friendly and easy to work with, and had the lowest cost. They explored different options with us to cost things out and were never pushy or salesy. Working with them was great throughout the process and they did an excellent installation job. All the work is neat and tidy and the heat pump is now operating well and keeping our house toasty warm this winter. We had The Heat Pump Store evaluate and then replace our outdoor unit. We bought the system from another company, who did no servicing or maintenance - and VERY reluctantly replaced the unit which was under warrenty. Alexis “diagnosed” our problem, and once we got the unit, she and Jamie came and did the replacement.
They were friendly, competent and professional: did the job quickly and efficiently. The cost was UNDER estimate given. I only wished we had bought the unit from them in the first place; it would have saved time and much frustration!

Jamie just preformed the annual maintenance on our heat pump. He was very professional and thorough with the service. He was also very friendly and answered all my questions, as well as offering me tips on how to get the best performance from my heat pump. Great service!

They installed two ductless heat pumps for me. Rhonda Durham talked me through the process, discussed possible placement etc. The installers were all very professional and did great work. Very happy with the results.

They installed a brand new heating/cooling system and replaced our existing gas furnace. They scheduled me for a 2 day job, and knocked it out of the park in one day. The 2nd day was supposed to be pretty cold, and they stayed late on the job to make sure they didn't leave us without heat.

Cristian and Abraham were HVAC ninjas, they were in and out without any troubles and completely professional at all times. I would 100 percent recommend The Heat Pump store folks (especially if you get Cristian and Abraham) to anyone!
