Great experience working with Tim and his crew. Tim had thorough and speedy communication through the entire process from getting the estimate through the final installation. They did an amazing job on the install with attention to the details! Their LG heat pump, ductless products have great reviews and warranties. Highly recommend them.

We scheduled an appointment with Rhonda and she came over (masked and safely spaced!) and evaluated our home and made some great recommendations for a minisplit heating and cooling system (She even took the time to show us some features we didn’t know about on the previously installed Daikin minisplits in our ADU). Rhonda and The Heat Pump Store are professional and friendly, and really worked with us to find a great option. The install was fast and well done and our minisplit is working great! Highly recommend Rhonda and the Heat Pump Store! I think going with a place that specializes in minisplits was a great decision.

Saw The Heat Pump Store display at the Home Renovation expo. I was impressed with the thorough explanation by the vendor. Rhonda Durham came out twice to explain just what I needed for my floating home. She also came out with the installers who had the unit all set up in less than five hours. My LG unit heats my entire living space and it is extremely quiet. I know it was a great purchase. Thank you Het Pump Store.

Walked in last minute to see if I could find a ductless mini-split heat pump and can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. She even offered to come in when they were closed to let me pick up the heat pump and offered wonderful advice. Not only that, I had to make a second trip to grab additional parts and she was happy to make a return trip to ensure I had everything I need. Thanks again for the wonderful service and product! Can't recommend this place enough.

Not only do these people know there product, they are also nice and friendly. The install was clean and affordable! Warren and Chad did a great job checking in with me about the minor details. I could not be happier Update 2 years later. They emailed me as to what to expect from my mini split with 116 degree weather how awesome!

I'm so glad we worked with Tim and The Heat Pump Store to remove an oil furnace and install a ductless mini-split system after they came recommended by our realtors. Tim, John, Travis, and Brandon did an excellent job. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and recommended the right unit for our space, even when I tried to upsell myself. I've already scheduled our next project with them to install heaters in the bedrooms.

Quality operation from top to bottom. From the first phone call to the finished product. Rhonda was punctual, polite, professional & just an all around wonderful person to deal with. Brandon the installer was very impressive with his work ethic & skill set & the price couldn't be beat.
I would encourage anyone in the market for a ductless system to give these people a shot..

The Heat Pump Store provided outstanding service from sales to assessment to installation. Tim was at the helm and his communication was fantastic through. When the system stopped working a week or so after install (user error, not a product malfunction) he responded to my call for help immediately. And on top of all of that the price blew their competition out of the water! I would definitely recommend The Heat Pump Store any day of the week!

We made appointments with four different companies to get bids on ductless heat pumps for our townhome. Heat Pump Store was the first company, and they care and communication they demonstrated from the moment they arrived for the bid blew us away. We cancelled the other appointments and just booked with Heat Pump Store. Earl was incredible to work with, and the installation process was smooth.
