I have waited a few months to see how the system works. It works well for us. Still learning on it but it is doing great. I would recommend The Heat Pump Store to anyone looking to go ductless. Was very happy with the sales and installation team. The install guys did a great job and when they left there was nothing left behind. Very clean. Price was fair .All our questions were answered. We looked a three companies and this was the best for us. All in all very happy with our choice as I think others who choose The Heat Pump Store will be.

Everyone we came in contact with at The Heat Pump Store was friendly & professional from the Sales Representative to the Installers. The Sales Representative even told me of an upcoming special that would save me a significant amount of money if I waited 2 weeks for my system install which I told him we would like to do. He reached out to me as soon as the special started and had us on the schedule within just a few days.....GREAT Customer Service, which can be hard to come by these days. I highly recommend The Heat Pump Store!

We are so happy with our "mini-split" heat pump that we purchased from The Heat Pump Store. Earl is very knowledgeable and guided the sales and installation process from beginning to end. The installation crew was highly professional, taking care to place the equipment to our satisfaction and to answer all of our questions. We now have a warm and comfy home and are looking forward to the summer when we use the air conditioning. And, the price was lower than the competition. We highly recommend the Heat Pump Store.

Rhonda Durham was extremely knowledgeable about available systems, installation strategies, special deals and energy efficiency, and helped me pick a system for heating and cooling my woodshop. She was very responsive when questions came up and I was well-supported throughout the process. I couldn't recommend Rhonda and The Heat Pump Store more highly.

Ross at The Heat Pump Store is professional and courteous.
Our mini-spit level/ductless A/C and heater had an error code we couldn't resolve on our own, so we called in the professionals. At first he thought it was a switch and the hose needed to be replaced. That didn't work, so he dig deeper to find the person who installed it (the previous homeowner) did it incorrectly resulting in the compressor failing.
We are in the middle of other costly home improvements because of other work by the previous owners and the cost of a new mini-split is nowhere in our budget. Ross and his boss worked with us to come up with an affordable solution.
We are extremely grateful to The Heat Pump Store for their dedication to excellent customer service. We highly recommend going with their company! Give them a call. You won't regret it.

We just had a two headed mini split heat pump installed in a condominium. We worked through the shopping and purchase with “Earl” from The Heat Pump Store. Earl was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and low key and helped us select the equipment that was right for us. Earl worked hard to keep the price within our budget and even completed the paperwork for us for a utility company rebate. The installation of the unit took only a day was was well done with a very nice installer and electrician. I would recommend The Heat Pump Store hands down.

The Heat Pump Store is amazing! I saved so much money with their DIY package and am able to keep the factory warranty on my unit. I had thought about purchasing my own mini split online and doing all the work myself, but I was alway worried I'd lose the warranty. The best thing about The Heat Pump Store was they helped me pick out the correct sized unit, give you all the directions on how to install the unit and then come out to do the final hookup and charge the heat pump. It was a really great experience. We've had this unit for about a year now and it's just a life saver. I've considered getting another mini split for the other side of my house and if I do, I'll 100% go back to The Heat Pump Store!

Extremely professional and excellent customer service! Brian went above and beyond with his communication, accommodating my condo's HOA board, and with best pricing. The installers kept to the schedule and configuration, were thorough, friendly and cleaned up after the installation. The ductless system is fantastic -- the temperature is now consistent on both levels of my condo and very comfortable. I highly recommend the ductless system and The Heat Pump Store.

The service was great! When scheduling, they were courteous and were able to fit me in to a cancellation spot right away. A female arrived to complete the service and she was so professional and skilled that I wondered why I have not gone out of my way to support women led businesses more often. I plan to use this business going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought two single room heat pumps. One small for a bedroom and a larger capacity for the great room. We love them. But when we bought them we were promised that maintenance would be $137, per unit. But today when we called for service the quote was $437.00. significantly more I'd say. Since the maintenance service was part and parcel of the sales pitch, it was clearly false. We thought until today that we loved these guys. But not anymore. Too bad.
