The Heat Pump Store just finished up installing a new ductless heat pump system in my 2-bedroom condo. The system is quiet and super efficient and the installation was done very cleanly with minimal invasion. It looks great and I'm excited to finally have proper climate control! Rhonda Durham oversaw my project and she was SO helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. The installers were prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend Heat Pump Store-- ask for Rhonda!

We all have had salespeople say great things about their company only to be frustrated by the technicians who show up. The Heat Pump Store's salesperson showed up on the installation days!!! Two one bedroom apartments, each received their own small unit. My hard-to-please tenant spoke very highly of the entire process.
Impressive business model, good techs, great sales and the follow through is noteworthy.
Myself and the tenants could not be happier.
Extra bonus points because the company also has in-house techs who are fully trained service people.
Both installation and service teams under the same roof is very telling and a dang good sign. I know a little bit about both trades and they are different skill sets.

Brandon was our heat pump installer. Arrived early was affable, professional and all went smoothly. He did a good job and left our house spotless.

Courteous, professional and responsive, from the first phone call all the way to the project completion. Our salesperson and project manager, Rhonda, is great. Very knowledgeable and quick to reply with answers to questions. The techs are hard working and respectful. We are staying cool and love our new mini-split system. A painless process throughout!

Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I had the worst experience with Earl the sales snake and the entire company. Wasted a lot of time and damaged our credit! There are so many great HVAC shops and techs around please chose another! Lied to and deceived without so much as an apology. They use shady lending companies and charge multiple times more than you need to spend!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with THPS. Their mini heat pump install literally transformed my finished attic from an uninhabitable space with extreme temperature swings to a comfortable living unit where I now have tenants. Special shout out to Rhonda, who was very patient with my requested changes to the install up until the actual day of. She also periodically checked in with me after the install to make sure everything was working to satisfaction. I did shop around and THPS's bid even came in lowest (by quite a bit). I had to wait a month or so for the install, but looking back, that doesn't matter at all now. Completely satisfied.

Love them! Affordable helpful. They helped us install them at my family in laws house. They loved it so much, we got one from them as well. Well worth the wait due to demand
