From the get-go, Integrity was top notch and professional! I would definitely recommend them.

My A/C decided to take a break on us when we hit 116 this summer. While it did come back online a day or two later, I knew it was time to replace it before it was too late. Furnace was 22 years old - I figured it was just a matter of time before it quit working. I had several companies out and while Integrity was not the least expensive - the equipment and service they offered for the price couldn't be touched by the others. Install went flawless and we couldn't not be happier with our choice!

They did a great job and we are very pleased with the hassle free salespeople and the professionalism of the installers.

The price was lower than we were budgeting and we even received an upgraded system that was more efficient for the quoted price.

Got my rebate and electric bill and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Integrity installed a new air handler and heat pump. Jamal and the crew showed up on time and focused to complete the install Unfortunately they ran into some issues but did not give up and returned promptly to complete the install. The installers were professional and easy to work around. Jamal gave me a competive bid that I was happy with and kept me informed. Great service at a great price with the brand I wanted.

Only thing I will mention is that everyone else recommended a 2 or 2.5 ton unit. Integrity suggested a 3 or 3.5 ton and I went with a 3. I should have gone with a 3.5 or even a 4 ton unit.

Integrity Air is the best! We recently had a new heat pump installed and they did a great job. The crew was very professional and courteous. The work was finished quickly. They started early morning and were finished by noon. We definitely recommend them.

Every person we’ve interacted with at Integrity Air has been helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When our heater died just before the ice storm the person I spoke with listened to my description of what happened and what I saw when I opened up the heater. She asked me to try manually moving the fan and a few other things, and after hearing the results she accurately diagnosed what had failed and, since we have an unit that is not typically installed in this area, she ordered the necessary part to fix it. By ordering the part based on my diagnosis the company had the necessary part in hand by the time our power was restored and they came over to repair our heater. In fact, they booked us an appointment in anticipation of our power being restored by a certain day - that is good service. We were so grateful not to have to wait for someone to come over and diagnose the unit since heater repair people were over whelmed with calls during the ice storm. The AC installation the previous year was equally smooth and thoughtfully handled.
