Very thorough and thoughtful in what work needed to be done. Jace made sure he ordered and installed the system that made sense for me and didn't try to up-sell me into another more expensive brand. Workers followed COVID-19 precautions and the project was finished ahead of time. Had my furnace installed by same company which has worked really well. Love this company!

I had a new ductless heating/AC units put into my new home. I have a 50 year old farm house that had no AC and only a pellet stove for heat. Integrity Air was very helpful and efficient in choosing what was needed and the installation. There ended up being issues with the unit (problems from factory) and Integrity Air came out the next day to fix the issue. I am so happy with the equipment and the staff. Top notch and highly recommend them for all the heating/cooling needs.

I can not say enough good things about Integrity Air. The staff and management are top notch. Kyle personally came by twice a couple years ago on his way home to do warranty repairs on our furnace which he hadn't even installed. When it came time to replace our AC there was no question who I would trust to do the job.

They showed up on time, and proceeded to do the installation of both the coils in the furnace and the compressor outside. They finished the job inside their estimated time and upon inspection noted that the worksites were clean and tidy. The A/C has been working flawlessly through the high heat seasons we have been experiencing lately in Portland. I would recommend their services anytime.

On install day they showed up on time, early even, and worked efficiently, cleanly and were super respectful of our house. Gabe and Mikiah answered my endless questions and went above and beyond to explain the Why to my questions, not just simply answer them. As a detail minded person I really appreciate that and it shows that they have a super deep understanding of their equipment and installation methods. Out Integrity Team was fantastic-from initial assessment and recommendations for our new AC and Gas Heater system through completion. Installation was smooth and timely, especially since it was in the middle of winter. Our heating unit worked super and our AC powered through one of our warmest summers. 100-115 degrees outside and cool inside. I hired Integrity after checking another company. Integrity was the most cost effective. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. Integrity was a very polite and friendly company to do such a big project for us by installing AC. We are grateful for their option to finance the installation so we could get this one underway.
