We loved working with Integrity Air! We moved to a house without AC in the middle of a heat wave and the guys worked quickly to get our house cooled down ASAP. From the quote through installation, everyone we worked with was timely and professional. We had 2 AC units installed and they were able to do all the work without too much disruption to our household. We would highly recommend Integrity Air and will be trusting them with our business again in the future!

I have more than a basic understanding of heating systems and interviewed four other HVAC companies in Portland in addition to Integrity Air. Jace, the sales representative, was by far the most knowledgeable, honest and willing to address the needs of our century-old house.
He designed a heating, air conditioning and filtration system that has perfectly met our needs. The installation techs arrived on time, worked very professionally throughout the day on a duct system that required some modification, and stayed until the job was done that evening, a long day for them but very much appreciated by our family. This is a good company and I have recommended them to friends.

Could not have been happier with Integrity Air!We were without air conditioning and our 30-year-old furnace needed to be replaced and updated. Integrity sent Jace Jones right away to review, measure, recommend and bid on the job. The bid was highly competitive and the best one out of 3 bids. Within a couple weeks, the installers came and finished in a day. The installers went above and beyond. The price was excellent and the teams professionalism was unmatched.

After receiving many quotes for our replacement furnace and A/C we decided to use Integrity Air. They were very prompt with answering questions I had as well as all of the modified quotes I’d presented them with. The day of installation was a busy one and they did a great job of going above and beyond what I’d expected. When they were done they left the garage as clean as when they arrived. I would highly recommend Integrity Air for any future HVAC work including Jase and Travis for their communication and expertise.

Replaced ancient A/C and failing furnace. We'd had 3 outfits out to see job and didnt feel comfortable. Salesy, contradictory input. Called American Standard direct and checked Integrity reviews. Jace came over and patiently answered questions, made it very real and clear what to do, no delays or supply issues. Five weeks later, Gabe and Sully did install - piping, sheet metal, etc all in a day, site left immaculate. Took us through new thermostat. Outstanding work. Days later, on a Friday night, we realized the water heater was off. Selected orompt #5. Service guy, Christian, was over within an hour - and all is good. The best contractor experience we have ever had!

On Feb. 1, 2023 Integrity Air installed a Daikin Mini Split Heat Pump I purchased from them. Their associate, Ben Adams was very helpful in helping me with selection & purchase, arriving on time with the installers (both were great, considerate & cleaned up work areas when finished) and with answering any questions I’ve had along the process. Ben suggested I select my desired temperature, set the remote & leave the unit on for optimum temperature control in my home. I received my first full month electric bill and was very happy to see it’s $85.00 less than the previous month, mind you we had snow, ice & much cooler outside weather. I’ve completely abandoned using my homes in wall heat source & find the Daikin much more efficient and consistent heat. Looking forward to having A/C this summer!
