We've used Integrity Air many times, whether when our HVAC motor broke, to when we needed our attic ducts replaced, to regular HVAC maintenance. We have always found their employees to be on time, professional, knowledgeable, and able to complete the job they set out to do. Highly recommend!

Integrity was the best of 4 bids and their communication was great and they showed up when scheduled. The installer took his time and did a very clean job. I had it installed in February so have not turned it on yet but I can't wait to enjoy it and enjoy more of summer.

Integrity Air was our last quote as we wanted to include the "American Standard" equipment brand they represent in comparison to other suppliers. We researched both Integrity Air, and the American Standard brand and found them both among the highest rated in quality and service. We needed to replace both the AC and furnace in our 26 year old home and their bid was very competitive and provided the best value! Every interaction with Integrity Air personnel was professional and pleasant and they are very responsive. The installation was accomplished in one day and the crew were prepared, courteous, and hard working. We did have a fan function that did not work after installation but they came out the same day of our call and corrected a wiring issue very quickly. We definitely made the right choice in selecting Integrity Air and will recommend them to friends and family. We give them an A+

My HVAC system was decommissioned by another contractor who’s prices were way too high for my budget at the beginning of November. I called Integrity Air and received an appointment to look at my entire system. Their prices were reasonable and they also helped me to obtain financing. Within a month my new system was scheduled and installed as quoted and promised. I couldn’t be happier with what they delivered and as a bonus my utility bill was cut in half! I highly recommend Integrity Air, Jace and his team to anyone looking to repair or replace your HVAC system.

Integrity air is one of the most professional HVAC companies I’ve worked with. They’re very prompt and clear regarding all facets of communications, bids, scheduling, and permitting. Jace is always a pleasure to work with, do I know him from some previous lifetime? Ha! He’s such an invaluable asset to their operations. I received 4 bids for installing AC at my house and integrity Air LLC beat the others by a landslide for my 1,500 sq ft house! Others wanted anywhere between $6,800 - $7,200 for the same size AC that Integrity Air used. Work has been done since April and it was definitely nice having central AC during the heatwave. The gentleman that came to do the estimate was professional and answered all my questions that I had. The "You get what you pay for" came to mind but their amazing reviews online was more than enough for me to trust and go with them and I do not regret it one bit. I wasn't home when they were installing the AC but am told they arrived nice and early as scheduled and left no trace that they were ever there other than the work that was required.

I found out my older brother had Integrity Air put in AC in his new house out in Cornelius too last year and I enjoyed their service and price so much I also recommended them to a family member and they also got AC done by Integrity Air too for their two-story farm house out in Hillsboro.

Integrity installed our HVAC system and honestly they were amazing during the install phase! Super happy with the work they did and while not the cheapest, think it was very reasonable. They came in multiple times to evaluate what was needed and the finished product has been great.

The maintenance has not been as good. They seem overloaded. We’ve been rescheduled multiple times and had to wait 4 days for service when our heat was down (on the system they installed a year ago). The service call fixed the problem but forgot to change the filter and charged us more than what was quoted over the phone. Doesn’t seem like the scheduling / dispatch team is well coordinated with the field team.

I've used Integrity Air several times over the past couple of years. First, I had them install a new AC unit for my downstairs. They were professional and courteous. They explained exactly what they would be doing in detail and followed through on it all.

I then had them come out and troubleshoot the AC unit for my upstairs. I had another company install this unit when I moved in and they messed it up like a soup sandwich. They found a small leak and refilled the tank. It worked for a bit, but like I said the other company really did a terrible job installing it. So I had Integrity come back out to really go through it and see if they could identify the issue. Paul was great. He gave me several options and went to work. He ended up finding a huge issue and made the repairs. I'm hopeful he was able to find ALL the issues, but with as bad an installation job was done, there is no guarantee. But if not, I'll still call Integrity to come out and service and/or repair my heating/cooling systems.

I decided to downgrade from 5 stars to 4 because we had several problems we encountered with the new heat pump installation, including incorrect wiring of the thermostat and a faulty condensation pump. I still give them high marks because they have been responsive in fixing the issues.
