Their workmanship was impeccable and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

Integrity Air was able to get me a quote and replace my furnace and install AC in the span of about a week. The installation itself was from 7am-2pm in one day, and they didn't disturb our newborn. They didn't try to oversell me and recommend a system too large for my small house. They are super affordable, offer financing if needed, and their customer service is great. Highly recommend.

Integrity was super responsive to my call. My existing a/c needed to be replaced and they were installing the new unit within 7 days. Ben was very professional and answered all my questions. Installer was professional and timely. A/C unit has worked perfectly.

We had a complicated wiring issue to install an AC system, and they solved it quickly and without having to tear the ceilings and walls apart. It was amazing. A great company!

Now, three years later, our furnace failed. We called Integrity Air, and they came immediately to the rescue. Pedro is an amazing diagnostician as well as a terrific person. We are thrilled with the new furnace.

Update: 1 month after installation we needed a repair which turned out to be a faulty mfg part. I was impressed with their responsiveness and clear info regarding the repair. I wish more businesses were as responsive and reliable.

Because of age and ever increasing problems we found it time to replace our Air handler and heat pump.
We contacted Integrity Air LLC concerning the replacement. After discussion of our needs, we signed a contract with them. The contract was signed on a Friday and Integrity Air showed up the following Tuesday at 7 am. They completed the install by 3:30 pm .

The installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. They also spent adequate time instructing us on proper maintenance and the use of the new thermostat. Because of Covid-19, they all wore masks and kept their distance during the install.

I had given up on getting A/C after getting a Costco quote and it was way too expensive for us at the time. Had someone refer me to these guys after they had a good experience so we decided to give them a try. Jamal came to house and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. He was prompt, gave us all our options and was very thorough. After getting a comparative quote that was slightly higher, I decided on Integrity Air due to pricing and professionalism. They set a date to install and they were there promptly at the time they said and were completed in no time! They were very polite and did a great job. Since the install they have made sure that we had the inspector come out and check off on the install as well as followed up to ensure our happiness. They were a great company to deal with and I'm very glad that we chose them!

Integrity Air was aboslutely the best experience we had in the search, selection and installation of our AC Unit. They communicated clearly, arrived on time, clearly walked us through our options and recommended the best solution for our home. They were friendly, efficient and provided a high quality professional and clean installation.
