Their name says it all. Steve was an amazing install tech that took the time to describe how our system worked, and gave very clear account of what he did and things to be aware of with our new system. Integrity was exceptionally fast with the whole quote and install process, and to top it off their quote and final billing was well below the two other competitors for the same service (and didn't sell us systems/services we didn't need). It is rare to be so satisfied by service you receive from an HVAC company, but I was.

Excellent work by Jace, Kelly, and the team. Quoted, scheduled, and installed my central A/C within two weeks. Their quote came in very competitive and I chose Integrity Air LLC immediately due to their exceptional professionalism, customer service, and timely response. They made my business feel like a priority, which I know can be difficult this time of year (summer) and with COVID safety precautions in place. I recommend them to everyone who needs service or new installation.

My oven stopped working and in buying a new one I discovered I needed to have one with a downdraft fan (since I have no fan currently in my kitchen). I found out I needed to have ducting installed under the house. I called around different businesses and was told I couldn't be scheduled until mid October due to air conditioning being a priority (which wouldn't have been a big deal if my oven was still working). I found integrity air online and finally I was able to get somewhere! Not only did they answer the phone (most places I had to leave a message) but they scheduled me in that same week for my estimate. They were even able to get me in by the next week for the install because they knew I wasn't able to use my kitchen until the work was completed. I recieved the estimate promptly the morning after the walk through. The workers showed up with masks and were very friendly even though they had to crawl around in the tiny space under my house. Thank you integrity air for a great experience! I will definitely recommend your company and use your services again.

This past ice storm our furnace went out! I called Integrity and assumed it might take many days, if not a couple weeks for a new furnace to be installed because of the high demand. But this was not the case, Integrity had my new furnace installed in 48 hours!

We had Integrity Air install two air conditioners in a duplex we own. We were impressed with the quality of service we received. One of the most important thing we consider when making a large purchase is the (other than the quality of the merchandise) people you will be working with. I was impressed with the person who answered the phone, the sales representative and of course the installers.

Integrity Air LLC was our 3rd quote option and I am so happy we got a 3rd! The pricing was not even comparable to the others. They were on time, polite, efficient and I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing and would get the job done. Have already given their number out to several people for their future HVAC needs.

From the time we scheduled the estimate till completion of the furnace/AC installation, Integrity Air was top notch. The guys were right on time, wore the appropriate masks, were respectful of our house, and timely in finishing the job. It's obvious that their technicians have been trained well. Wanted to send out a BIG Thank You to Integrity Air! I needed someone to come and move our A/C unit for some remodeling and then come back and reinstall. They said absolutely, came out in short notice and after looking we decided that we needed a new unit, made the process easy and seamless. They came and installed new unit after remodel, on time, no mess and no hassle. They do have Integrity! Thank you for a job well done!

Price was right, Installation of replacement heater and AC was on time and very professional. Ben and his guy's were all great to work with. Very happy with the job they did, thank you!
