We had Integrity install a new system in the upstairs of our house to provide air conditioning for the summer. The new unit was placed outside in a perfect spot. They were able to integrate with the existing system that only serviced the downstairs. Cold weather has just arrived and the old system had to be repaired. Integrity took care of that too. The technician was extremely helpful. All of the people we met from Integrity, including the electrical subcontractor, were polite, informative and kept us in the loop for all work. We are pleased with our new system.

I have a 1940's single level 2500 sq ft house on slab with electric baseboard heat. No ducting of any kind in the house or gas anything. Using window unit air conditioners helped during the really hot summers we have been having. But it was not a great long term solution due to security concerns and having to remove during the other seasons. During the winters, the electric bill could go above $400 and that was while not even heating all the rooms or at comfortable levels.

In an effort to be more comfortable and pay less for electricity at the same time, I got some bids for a mini-split heat pump system as a neighbor and some friends were very happy with their setups. Integrity Air provided me with an option for a 5 head Daikin system whereas other companies maxed at 4 heads or some brand I was unfamiliar with. I didn't want more than one outdoor unit. Price by Integrity Air was between the other bids too so that worked out.

Job was scheduled for 2 days and was completed in 2 days. Due to some clearance issues with our eaves, a couple of the units lineset had to be ran along the exterior instead of in the attic. The final product turned out pretty clean as I was able to spray paint the coverings to match the house color before they were installed.

Crew was great, communication was excellent during the whole process. Some of the head units rattle from time to time and Integrity Air has come out to help investigate and troubleshoot the issue promptly.

The whole house has been more comfortable this winter and while the bill hasn't gone over $400 which is an improvement, it did exceed $300. I guess I was hoping to not get too much over $200/month during cold months, but if I am able to have the thermostats set to comfortable levels and pay less than with baseboard, I'll take that. Hoping the system is not oversized, leading to short cycling and increased power usage/less efficiency. The attic needs a lot more insulation, which is scheduled, and then can compare bills next winter.
I can't comment on the cooling yet. Will see how it goes this summer.

I had a rather complex heat pump system installed back in March. Very professional. Paid attention to details. Clean. Great workmanship. Knowledgeable. Well done. The heating side of the pump worked fine. When summer came around the system would fail while cooling. Integrity did their level best to resolve the problem but it did take three visits over a couple of months to fix. Now working correctly. I have no problem with this company and would recommend them in a heartbeat. I have already. They kept after the issue until it was resolved. That’s huge in my book.

We love our new AC unit! It is definitely more efficient and it keeps us nice and cool during the summer months.

I contacted Travis at integrity Air about getting a gas fitting hooked up for a new home generator. Travis was able to come out the next day and give me a quote. He was right on time and got the necessary info needed and was able to email me a quote later that same afternoon. Upon approving the quote. Integrity Air was able to get my job scheduled and completed within the same week. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They also are very courteous and patient to explain the scope of the work they are completing. I would highly recommend Integrity Air and their team for all your HVAC and beyond needs!

Very good service. Not the cheapest but fair price. Good custumer support and responsive to my requests because I asked for something additional. You can see the pictures before and after and it looks way better. You almost can't tell there is an AC unit. Of course it is running perfect and house is fresh but it is brand new.

I had some post installation service and I wished the communication was a bit better but we worked thru.

I also took into consideration that it was a local family owned business.

We needed a full A/C and furnace replacement. Integrity Air was reasonably priced for the same thing that other companies were over pricing for. They were very professional and easy to work with. Everything went super smooth from start to finish. It took only one day to do the swap.

Integrity Air recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning in my home. The crew, Gabe, Mikiah, John and Ben were so nice, polite, kind and just plain great! It was a pleasure having the work done by them. It was not an easy job as the furnace is in the attic and a ladder is needed. They did a great job and I am so happy I chose them to get the job done!
