Jesse listened to my needs and generated a few proposals around them. Then he went to great lengths to help me understand the nuance of each proposal, and to fine tune it to perfection. The installation crew was fantastic, swift, and extremely professional. Exemplary service from start to finish.

Jason, the technician that came to our house to fix the switch (cap) that made the motor for the blower on our furnace work and to fix our A/C unit, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, honest, trustworthy, and professional. We also appreciate the ease for scheduling appointments and the quick response. We will definitely be using Specialty Heating & Cooling again!!

My rating is just for the sales experience. I had a great experience with Jesse, who came out to bid my job. He was all the things you would want from the sales end, and even addressed my follow-up questions on a Friday evening and a Sunday. Ultimately another company slightly edged out Specialty for this job, but if you're gathering quotes for new HVAC equipment, you should include Specialty. You'll get a competitive bid, and you won't have any doubts about what you're getting if you go with them.

Very efficient and friendly service. They diagnosed multiple issues with my 10 year old heatpump, and were able to replace all three parts under warranty. They were even able to replace my thermostat under warranty. They are now my go-to HVAC team. Thank you!!

I am very happy with the work I have received from Specialty Heating & Cooling. I had three estimates and they were the lowest by a few thousand for the same equipment. Their whole crew were great to work with, professional, on time, hard workers, and communicated well. I don't know all the names but Jesse did the initial inspection and Rob helped with maintenance, but everyone on install day was fantastic as well.

Greg from Specialty Heating & Cooling did a great job with my first (included) heating / cooling heat pump system maintenance. Being less than a year old there shouldn't have been any trouble...and there wasn't. He also answered my questions regarding operational corner cases of my UV light. Everything was done in a tidy and efficient manner.
