We called out Specialty H&C to look into a leak that was happening from our furnace exhaust pipe. They came out and diagnosed the problem, giving good communication along the way of the problems they were finding and what they would suggest to fix the problem. Friendly and helpful!

Pretty high priced ($275) for 45 minutes of work. But the guy who came (Jason) was fantastic, and explained everything he was doing (I like to learn). On time. I'd use them again.

I've had a maintenance agreement with Specialty for over 10 years. They change filters, clean the machines and check to see that they are running at their optimum. I believe we have never had a heater or AC unit break down because of the quality maintenance they receive yearly. The folks that come are always professional and polite.

Our service person was on time, courteous and professional. He was carful with removal of vents and shared photos (if applicable). In the future, I would hire them for others services as well.

Provided estimate of repair needed and options including a replacement furnace. Estimated cost of repair coupled with the age of the furnace indicated it would be reasonable to consider installing a new furnace. appreciated their input which was consistent with opinion provided by competition that was on site during a perceived emergency when SHC could not be available. However, SHC is our trusted service provider when your service group became available that you came to the same conclusion. We are in process of working with SHC to obtain and install a new furnace. Trust all facets of service that SHC provides.
