I needed an estimate and options for converting to a heat pump. They were prompt, answered all my questions, and discussed a couple of options.
I'm putting the install offuntil late spring and will get a bid then

Service technician was friendly, on time, did the required maintenance efficiently and answered our questions thoroughly.

Greg called a few minutes ahead of time and showed up on time.
He performed a detailed heating maintenance routine and was very thorough, without any interruptions.
Upon completing his tasks he gave us a detailed explanation of what he had done and the numbers associated with his tests.

If you have HVAC needs, you need Specialty. They have installed for both me & my mother. They are affordable, professional to work with, and know their stuff. When I do need service I fully trust them to do the job. They will not make up things to get more money, and stand by what they do.

Services included changing to a gas furnace, replacing the water heater, adding AC, and installing gas and AC lines, and coordinating work with the electrical contractor. Also, since I'm in an HOA, all visible lines on the outside walls had to be encased in a covering. Specialty Heating & Cooling personal did a great job. I'm very satisfied with the way the gas and electrical lines were installed in the garage and encased on the outside walls. It all looks very professional, and I'm sure my HOA will have no issues with the install. The furnace, water heater, and AC are working great, and I feel I have made a great investment for the present and increased my homes value for the future.
