Tech was very professional and took time to check everything. He noted that my filter was dirty. When he left I changed my filter with a new filter giving me a felling of complete updated system.

Specialty Heating & Cooling installed our heat pump system about 10 years ago, and did a wonderful job! They have provided maintenance ever since, and are a consistently good service!

We call and schedule appointments and everything happens as expected. If the Tech finds any problems or potential problems he lets us know, and they take care of anything we need, in regards to the system.

Furnace service/diagnostics. Got someone out very quickly to check my furnace when most places were backed up for weeks. Prompt, polite, took the time to do a thorough check and talk me through the findings. Excellent service.

the gentleman that came out diagnosed the problem in short order....we are waiting for parts..the heat pump system air handler on the inside of the house the electric heat strips on the inside were not working so we were gonna freeze,,,,,he stayed and got them working for us...we are toasty warm ...he went above and beyond....he is top notch
