Integrity Air replaced my old furnace with a new one last year. They were on time, efficient and did a great job..They also came out during last year's heat wave to replace a fuse in my air conditioner. It was a great relief. I highly recommend them.

Integrity Air did a great job with replacing my furnace. I live overseas and my property in the NW needed a new furnace. They were very responsive in their communication with me and my property management team. They were able to get the replacement furnace installed very quickly and our renters were minimally affected. I have had both my new systems (gas furnace and AC Compressor) now since Fall 2020. I was so excited to use Integrity Air because they were the only licensed company to install American Standard (which is a highly rated furnace). However, now not so happy with the installation quality or the furnace itself. I have had the gas company out now twice in 2022. Once to fix a leak on a cap that Integrity Air didn't properly seal. Now today, the gas valve on the furnace is not closing all the way causing a leak. The last furnace I had, I had no problems for the first 15 years. The parts on the new furnace are under warranty, but it is going to cost me $179/hr to fix. Disappointed.

Installed Heat Pump with air conditioning last year. Came out in March when I managed to lock up the thermostat . It took the service tech 5 minutes to fix. Heat Pump and air conditioner have been great, so happy to have.
