Integrity Air LLC

It’s been nearly a year now since I had our HVAC system installed, so I have been able to see how it performs in all seasons and I’m ready to write my review.

My initial goal with this project was to replace a nearly 20-year old 60k BTU furnace as well as have A/C installed, which the house did not previously have. I had 3 companies come and give me quotes, and eventually decided on Integrity Air.

The house is a 1949 cape cod and had a few limitations that had to be resolved during the quoting process. The first is that the furnace and hot water heater are both housed in an outdoor closet on the back patio that had room for no bigger than a 14” furnace. The other 2 companies could only find me a 40k BTU furnace that fit in that space, which was less output than we currently had. Since it is an older house and not as well-insulated as a newer home I wanted at least the same size furnace (heat wise) as our current setup. Integrity was able to find a 66k BTU Lennox furnace that fit and their quote was even less overall than the other 2 quotes with the 40k furnace. The A/C unit they quoted us was also a higher output than the other 2 quotes I received. The larger output was not oversized for both the size and age of our house.

The overall quoting process was very straightforward, which I appreciated. The rep that came out (Jace) was very down-to-earth and explained everything very well while answering all of my questions. There was no pressure and it was more informational than it was a sales pitch. It was clear that he was enthusiastic about what he was doing, which was a nice touch.

Once I decided to move forward with the project they came early in the morning in early January and were able to replace the old furnace and get the A/C installed all in a single day. The A/C hookup included having a licensed electrician come out to install a dedicated circuit which was coordinated by them and set up for the same day as the install. I liked that they included the electrician in their quote and set that up for me, as one of the other quotes I got included no electrical work albeit being more expensive than Integrity Air. The team of workers was very professional and hard-working and did an excellent job with the install.

The only thing that I would have done different in hindsight is something that I didn’t even think about at the time of the install. The media cabinet that they installed between the bottom of the furnace and the ductwork coming from the house’s air return holds a non-standard size filter and they provided a custom filter on install. There was enough room to make the cabinet just slightly bigger to fit a standard size filter so now my options are either to order one slightly longer and not as tall or to pay twice as much for a custom filter to be built for me. Luckily the door of the media cabinet has enough of a cavity in it that the larger filter will still fit but if I had to do it all again it would be something that I would keep in mind.

Other than that I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Integrity Air for your HVAC install!

Integrity Air was so easy to work with from the initial estimate appointment to the scheduling. We were worried with all the supply chain issues that we would be well into summer before we had central air installed but they were able to book us and get us a unit within a month which was unheard of from a lot of my peers and coworkers. They came and installed my AC unit, did all the electrical, installed a new modern thermostat and even had the inspector come all within 6 hours. My husband stayed home that day to be present but with the level of professionalism I feel that I could have easily trusted them alone in my home. The price as very reasonable and not much more than a quote I had received back in 2017. I highly recommend Integrity Air for all your HVAC needs!

Replaced Carrier electrostatic air cleaner that failed and was no longer supported with a Honeywell system. Very efficient and fast service. Really really like less dust in the house, cleaner air, and no buzzing from failed unit

Integrity gave me an estimate on Monday, and on Tuesday they installed a brand new gas heat-efficiency furnace. The installers were a pleasure to work with.

Integrity Air installed new furnace and took away the old one. This is the warmest my home has ever been. There were no surprise money matters and everyone was pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Excellent all around! We have a 100 year old house with some quirky venting issues and they were able to expertly fix them quickly and with impeccable finish work. And more than fair pricing on the install of a shiny new A/C system! Seriously heads and tails better than any HVAC company I’ve ever had to deal with.
