Brandon changed his schedule so he could help me first! he could not fix the problem, but is sending someone out on Monday. I actually connected the wire to the ignitor, but it's very precarious and will fall off eventually.

John did a great job meeting with us, going over the different alternatives and discussing the installation alternatives including pros and cons. Not pushy, just providing clear information and facts. The installation, completed by Steve and Isa was started and completed on time. They went out of their way to ensure the install looked great from both the inside of the house and the outside - coming up with a plan to minimize the number coolant, electrical and drainage lines visible on the outside of the house which was very important to me. Lastly, the price was lower than another quote we received with lower quality equipment (as independently verified by me). Such a great experience. We're now ready for whatever high temperatures are thrown at us this summer. Highly recommend!

We had our gas line to the stove turned off, great job completing the work, giving options and talking through future projects that would need to happen if we wanted the line turned back on.

I used Heat Relief to cap the gas line to the gas stove I am removing. The work was done efficiently and correctly by Jacob who explained everything.

These guys did a great job installing our heat pump with ducted system downstairs and ductless upstairs.
When things didn't work as we thought they should they went to work figuring out how to fix it. Then the came back and fixed it for us for free. They stand by their work, are helpful, kind and not crazy expensive.

Awful. No communication and a refusal to reimburse me $580 for a repair that not only failed, but caused pools of water on my new floors. I’ve called, texted, emailed many times. They refuse to reimburse my money or take any responsibility.

Why would I attempt calling you when dozens of emails and texts have been ignored? Just return my money. Simple. Credit my Visa with funds you stole from a little old lady. Shame on you.
