    As always they are friendly Great customer service. Office staff very friendly able to answer all question or will direct you to the correct person. Fast friendly service everytime. They come twice a year for maintenance. Our tech is Mike always friendly and Great customer service. Today was a repair job I was his last of a Very Long Day, he was still the same friendly guy as everytime he comes. Great Job!!! Mike

    I called Heat relief to replace my thermostat. The heat would run until it was 80 degrees in here. I would turn off the furnace and it would be ok for a couple of hours and then it was the same. Mike was on time Thurs. but didn’t feel it was the thermostat. The office called and said Mike and a technician would come out Monday to check the furnace, but he would replace the thermostat if it was what I wanted.. I did want it. Mike was suppose to come out at noon to replace it. He did not show. 45 min later I called the office. She said he would be here shortly. He called a few moments later and he was confident it would be better to bring the tech out Monday. I(Friday). He said the office would call me with appt. time. Did not happen. 9:30 Monday Mike texted me that they were at my door. I was not available. I texted back informing him I did not receive a call re: the appt. a few moments later the office called asking why I wasn’t available for Mike and the tech. I told her I did not have a appt. she said ok and hung up. I felt there was a real push to get a new furnace. I may well need it, but not from this company.

    They were willing to come fix a gas leak for me after hours on a Friday until almost 7 o’clock. It kept me having heat and hot water for the weekend. Kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

    The service tec quickly diagnosed the problem and set to work fixing the problem as I watched. He happily explained what he was doing and why. He was helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions. He finished the job in 30 minutes I will recommend Heat Relief to everyone I know having furnace problems.

    I have used heat relief for the last 25 years at my home. In all those years they have installed two furnaces and two hot water tanks for me in a crawl space. The quality of their work and experience is indicative of the few times I had to schedule them to my home. They bend over backwards for their customers and they have never been late. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I would never use another company.

    This company was amazing. Gas was shut of due to corroded pipe to house. When no one else would return my call, they moved things around and worked extra hours to complete the repair. The office staff were professional, stayed in touch and kept me updated on progress. I’m so impressed.

    We had Heat Relief install a furnace and heat pump four years ago. Since then, we've used their USA maintenance service twice a year @ $159 per service, once for the furnace and once for the heat pump. This week when they serviced the heat pump, the tech replaced the hard start kit claiming it is recommended to do so @ $105 in addition to the service call cost. I later looked up the price of the hard start kit and was shocked to find out that it sells for $13.95! Although I appreciate their good service, such price gouging is absolutely uncalled for.

    I chose this company come out and install a gas line for a gas range. They were a little off on the timing; had scheduled for 10, then they called the day before to confirm for 9, and then he showed up at 8! The whole job was done by 9:15 though, and I couldn't be happier! I like that they charge hourly. It's honest and it let's me know I am not paying for someone else's "free consultation" or have hidden fees somewhere. Super stoked with my new gas range! :D

    The tech was actually early! Found the problem right away. Had the part in his truck. Repaired it and closed it all back up in less than an hour. He was pleasant and friendly and explained everything he did and why it was needed.

    Brandon texted and said what time he would be here and was on time. Affable and knowledgeable and professional. Repaired and replaced some 8 year older gas furnace parts. He cleaned up the areas he worked on.
