    Friendly and responsive service from start to finish. Unfortunately, I have a finicky system that requires a specific unit they do not carry BUT they were very honest and knowledgeable about the situation and set me on the right track for getting it repaired. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I would certainly recommend them as well. Thank you Heat Relief!

    We had a gas line run from our basement furnace to the kitchen for a gas range today. The two technicians were very nice and competent and seemed to do quality work. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that the final cost was about twice what I expected based on my research of what this fairly simple job should entail. Maybe if they had sent one installer rather than two it would have been more reasonable. Anyway, happy to have gas in the kitchen now!

    Would highly recommend this company! They quoted us on an air conditioning unit when we purchased our home in 2019, and honored the quote in 2020 even though their prices had increased. They were able to install the unit the following week. The installation took a good part of the day, the technician was super friendly, and cleaned up behind himself after he was done. Overall the entire process was amazing except for one part - they offer financing options with Banner bank. DO NOT go down this road. It was such an awful experience from start to finish, I feel bad leaving this review on Heat Relief because it’s not their fault but it’s necessary to mention if I can save anyone from the headache and pain of getting a loan through them. They lied about their rates, tried to get us to sign incorrect loan documents, increased the loan price without us knowing, messed up the loan check, and made making payments completely impossible. We felt used, lied to, and manipulated during the whole document signing and the months to follow. We ended up paying the loan off early to just to get out of the contract with them. HORRIBLE! Again, to reflection on Heat Relief, just use other financial options!

    Mark was very friendly and professional! Was early which worked out for us. He made sure that before he left all our questions were answered! We will continue doing business with him as they installed our furnace a few years ago with the same quality then as now! Well done Heat Relief and well done Mark!!

    We had a gas line leak that Heat Relief came out and repaired for us. NW natural identified the leak and turned off our gas appropriately but of course that meant no hot water or heat for our home. We found Heat Relief on the NW Natural gas approved contractors list. Heat Relief team listened and understood our specific situation and sent out trained professionals who fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. So thank you Heat Relief team!

    The contractors who came to my house were not professional and communicated very poorly. They put me in a bad position by making me search for the specs needed for my gas range while they stood around unhelpful. They drilled into the outside of my home WITHOUT telling me first and I have an HOA so now I just have to hope the HOA doesn't find out or I will be fined. The cost was exorbitant and not at all communicated to me ahead of time. When the range arrived to be installed, the gas line didn't work at all. I had to ask these people to come back and fix it, and now they are charging me additional money for that. I didn't have a working stove for nearly a week. I called the office, was told a tech would call me. He did, but said he couldn't help and I had to wait for someone else to call me. The run around was unbelievable. When I asked why it wasn't communicated to me that they might have to come back and do more work, they said "I don't know". I have asked to speak to the manager twice and have been told he is "in a meeting" or "just stepped out" and he (whoever he is) has not contacted me. I am deeply disappointed with the service here.

    The crew did a great job of coming out on short notice, sqeezing the job in on a Friday night. They were fast and efficient but careful and did the work of modifying my gas line so my new stove will fit. They were pleasant and courteous and I wpuld be happy to use the company again.

    I was given a wrong information on the service they provide, and they canceled on me last minute. I provided them with a very detailed description of what my needs were in advance, but they did not do their due diligence to see if they can provide the needed service. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

    I can't review the nature of their work, which seems to be fantastic from what other reviewers have said, but do want to provide a review about their proposal process.

    My partner and I asked for a bid on a water heater replacement that we are looking to have done. We made the request on 11/13 and confirmed a walk through and inspection for 11/23. At that point, the Sales Representative was professional and responsive and said that he'd have a bid over to us within a week.

    On 12/5 (almost 2 weeks later), we emailed the sales representative asking for an update on that bid as we had yet to receive anything. We received a response back on 12/7 (now two weeks after the initial inspection) saying "I'll send that over tomorrow morning." and still didn't receive the bid until the morning on 12/9. On top of that, the bid that we received excluded some services that we specifically asked about and didn't include any pricing for subcontracting work. For comparison, we received a competitor's bid the day after they did their inspection and that bid included subcontracting prices.

    Ultimately, we went with the competitor because the bidding process with heat relief was not delivered in the time presented, required reminders from us, and didn't include all that was requested.
