Excellent service - Had very difficult and complex inter-related systems problem(s) and while it took a few days Heat-Relief staff/crew were fantastic. Quick Furnace tune-up. Other guys were scheduling for a month out, but these guys showed up next day. As far as price comparisons, couldn’t say since this was the first time the furnace has been serviced, but it wasn’t terrible. I’m sure it’s in line with the norm.

We had a few hiccups once the new AC/HVAC unit was installed so I had to have them come back to calibrate the unit a bit differently to make it work correctly. They stuck with it and made sure it worked well and we were satisfied. They also offered good financing and a reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly, accommodating and helpful. They would return my calls and came back to follow up quickly. I would def recommend them to friends and family!

Heat Relief did a great job installing my ductless heat pump. They helped me work through the rebate and Craft3 loan process which saved me a lot of money. I love my new system and can't wait to get rid of my portable AC and baseboard heaters! They were clean, efficient, very polite and communicated with me all along the way. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Our furnace went out and we were able to schedule someone that day to take a look. It was 25 years old and it was time for a new furnace. Mark was able to meet with me that day to talk about options. Very professional and clean service- extending the gas line for a new range was tricky, but the tech got it done and did a really nice job. He did such a great job that my contractor commented on how clean his cuts in the drywall were and how he cleaned up after himself.
