We had a leak in our home gas line and NW Natural shut off our gas. Heat Relief was able to come out the next day and fix the leaks. Our technician, Jacob worked tirelessly to fix the leaks and came back on the weekend to finish the job. In the end he fixed 11 leaks. Super impressed with the professionalism and timely repair.

Arrived to my home within hours of the initial call. Found the problem rapidly and corrected. Examined the heat exchanger for cracks and reported his observations and recommended replacing the 30yr old heater soon. The technician was knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure doing business with.

My air conditioner went out on me in the hottest part of the summer. Not six weeks earlier, I had had another company perform a check-up/tune-up on both my furnace and AC, and they reported no deficiencies at the conclusion. When my AC suddenly quit, that other company wanted an incredible amount of money to come back in a short amount of time. I turned to Heat Relief, and they had a respectful and capable technician at my house the next morning. Before they arrived, I had changed the AC fuses which had blown, and the technician quickly identified the root cause as a weakened capacitor which he easily replaced. We were referred to Heat Relief by NW Natural. They were available to come out for a bid within 48 hours of our call. The technician was timely and professional. We plan to hire them for a gas line extension to accommodate our new fire table arriving this spring. If only the vendor of the out was as fast as Heat Relief!

Called Heat Relief after callon NW Natural for recommendations. They were over $1,000 under the quote from the Home Depot contractor for a new furnace and we're able to replace my water heater as well. The install team was thoughtful about my home, laying down drop cloths on my carpet and highly communicative about the work they were doing. While having to replace my heating system was an unexpected hit, Heat Relief helped make it less stressful. Thanks team!!

I found myself without heat on a Sunday and was able to speak with Chris, the service technician, over the phone who patiently listened to the issue and guided me through a process to see if I was able to reset my system, which, thankfully I was! The service technicians came out the very next day, and made the required repairs to gas furnace and enrolled me in a service plan to help prevent no heat issues in the future! The cost was better than anticipated which is a plus- particularly during the holidays! Chris and his female coworker, (I forgot to get her name, but she was lovely,) were professional and friendly- even to my many animals- and didn’t make me feel like a dummy! Even the woman I spoke with, on the phone at the office was friendly and patient. I am happy I went with heat relief, and will continue to be a customer!
