Very professional and customer service friendly. I worked with 4 different people who had come to my house during a furnace repair turned to a furnace replacement (ouch). But they made the process simple and as pleasurable as possible. Will certainly be using them for all my future furnace needs!

Grant did a great job in cleaning our ducts and vents; they were long overdue. He did our heating maintenance in the same visit. All the work Grant did was done well and professional. We love this company!!!

We had been wanting to have a heat pump in our home for a while. After hearing our neighbors rave about how great they are, we decided to go for it before this next winter hits. A few of our neighbors also highly recommended Climate Control Inc. I looked them up and gave them a call. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable about what I was inquiring about and was able to answer all of my questions. When the technicians came out to install the heat pump, they were on time, professional and personable too. I was curious to observe the installation process and the techs were more than happy to explain everything that I asked about. These guys were fast, efficient and when they were done, everything worked just perfectly. We are thrilled with our new heat pump and of course with the service we received too. Five stars!

My AC went out when we were experiencing very hot temperatures. I was worried because in a few days the forecast was calling for 100+ degree days. I called several different places and Climate Control was the only place that could come the next day. All other places were booking 6-10 days out. The technician came, was patient with my loud dogs, identified the issue and fixed it during the appointment. Climate Control did have the highest fee for coming out but it was well worth it to get my AC working ASAP.

We've had Climate Control as our HVAC company since 1999. They have been unusually helpful with difficult problems (furnace inducer motor) and have always been very professional during our semi-annual service appointments. Just had our latest PM with Cody, who was very informative and courteous, as are all the other folks at CC.

Chris and Matt called to confirm the time they would arrive. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient. They wore masks and booties to ensure both protection of my floors and COVID protocols. They explained everything they were doing to elevate the longevity of my HVAC system. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

We have been customers of Climate Control for over 10 years...a contract we inherited when we purchased our home with a relatively new furnace serviced by Climate Control. Everyone from after-hours answering service to emergency technicians in the dead of winter have all been friendly, helpful, knowledgable and very competitively priced. Most recently we have had a significant issue with our furnace while we were out of town. Between NW Natural gas providing emergency gas shut-off services and Climate Control making a house call on Easter morning, we couldn't be more grateful for their prompt help. Replacement part vs. new furnace were presented (pros and cons to each shared by sales-rep) we will ultimately go with replacement due to age of our current furnace. While this is a significant home-owner expense that no one is wanting to have, Climate Control has been terrific in showing all different options, financing and quick installation. These guys do a great job!

Fast scheduling, very knowledgeable technician. Couldn't resolve the problem with my Home Comfort Zones system because it was so ancient, and no parts available. Gave me a quote on replacement, and took the HCZ controller out of the system, which allowed the furnace to function again. This was great, since we'd been without the furnace for 45 days, while waiting for another company (sent by home warranty) to make repairs (which the other company never did). An excellent job.

Jason has been here twice now, rooting out problems caused by the crew who did repairs to my house following a fire. He's attentive to detail, unlike the HVAC guy the other company sent! I wish I didn't need someone to fix someone else's mistakes, but very glad it could be done. I also appreciate his courtesy in wearing mask and gloves in my house. A great representative for Climate Control.

Update Aug 2020: Jason came out again to fix the air scrubber that was originally installed by a different company that refused to consider a manufacturer problem as "warranty work." Climate Control would have, but they didn't install it! As though I hadn't already learned my lesson: start with Climate Control. They will fix others' mistakes, but they do the job better in the first place, so don't bother going somewhere else!
