Climate Control

We've used Climate Control for many years, and have found the service to be excellent. Their technicians installed a heat pump several years ago which has really helped us. Their regular servicing is timely, thorough and well-priced (seems to me). Kevin and Luis did a great job of maintenance and duct cleaning yesterday - on time, courteous and friendly, with thorough explanations of what they were doing. Thank you!

During our recent heat wave our HVAC system went out. Many folks were in the same boat, so getting companies to even respond to repair requests was problematic. Climate Control (Casey) was quick to respond, answered my questions, and scheduled me on the spot.

Dennis, the technician, came out, looked at the system, and diagnosed the issue in an amazingly short period of time! All during the visit he was super helpful in educating me about the system and showing me what he was doing and why. Certainly put my mind at ease. While the cost of replacing the blown capacitor felt a bit high, it was certainly within the range that companies were charging to do that work. So, while I could have found a capacitor for less, and replaced it myself, it was worth it to me to have Dennis take care of it so that I knew the job was done, and done right.

Dennis was very customer-focused, helpful, and professional. I would certainly recommend Dennis and Climate Control to anyone needing quality HVAC service.

After several visits and an expensive repair, 3 weeks later the entire unit was replaced. We were charged top dollar for a new install even though all ductwork and wiring was in place. We requested a credit towards some of the costs for the parts they replaced for the repair since they then replaced the entire unit shortly there after, they were unwilling but did give credit for a single service visit.
We are very disappointed and will be unable to recommend them to other homeowners in the future.

Tech was on time, explained the service and reported the condition of the gas furnace and water heater. He was careful to wear shoe covers and did a good job in a timely fashion. This company has been our go-to HVAC service and repair company and will continue to be so.

Grant Brantley arrived on time to the minute, cleaned the vents, was polite and respectful and did a great job! I had a few questions about our thermostat, which he explained with patience. I highly recommend Climate Control. Molly

We had the technician come out for our annual AC inspection. We've had our AC unit for a while and like to keep it in tip top shape. I was pleased to hear after a thorough inspection, that everything was working well. We've been using our AC system more this year than any other year in the past, and we were happy to have the good news from our reliable well trained techncian.

I am a repeat customer, with Climate Control installing my gas heating system in 2003, gas water heater in 2013 and now gas range/roof vent in 2021.

Roy and his team were easy to work with and very accessible by email for questions. The job was done very efficiently and professionally, the cleanup was spotless.

It will take another 2 months before the gas range from Best Buy arrives for the final hookup, so I'm keeping my fingers crosed.

Climate Control installed our gas furnace and heat pump to replace a dying 50 year old gas furnace. They recommended and explained the benefits of the heat pump, which I was glad we bought since it provides AC as well as heat. They did a professional job of installation and left the house clean.
We have also used them for our servicing and they are always polite and efficient. With our most recent heating service I had a lot of questions related to optimizing use of our thermostat and potential improvements to ductwork which Dennis the technician patiently and thoroughly answered, checking with me to ensure that he had answered my questions and he made some recommendations without any sales pressure.

Dean arrived on time and once we explained what the issue with the AC unit was he went about checking the system. He was very professional, personable and answered all of our questions. He not only fixed the AC unit, he also checked our other AC unit as well as the heating units to make sure they were in good working order too. A+ Service!
