I can't say enough good things about this company. In the several times they've come - first to install, then to service my heat pump - they've always arrived within minutes of when they said they'd be here. Their time estimates were always close. They're extremely considerate of my time, but also my floors and the general condition of my house; they left it as clean and neat as they found it. This is so rare for any contractor.

And their work is first rate. They've never had to come back to fix something, and it worked just the way they said it would. They've always been friendly and thorough in their communication, and even made sure all my rebate paperwork was filled out correctly.

I've recommended them to two other people who used them, and they had the same experience. I can't imagine trusting my heating and cooling work to anyone else.

i am a long time customer of Climate Control. They are very responsive. They come out twice a year, Spring and Fall to prepare and check the system and put new filters in. They installed the new system 9 years ago and they keep it running and repair it when needed. Their service techs are friendly and efficient and wear booties and masks.

When I called Climate Control for a diagnostic they were very quick to send someone out same day, which was very nice and much appreciated. The tech that looked over our furnace was overly aggressive with our equipment. He was friendly and knowledgable, but manhandled the furnace and used quite a bit of unnecessary force to open up the doors and compartments. He diagnosed one of the problems and had to return another time to continue. After the visit I looked over the unit and found multiple missing screws, stripped heads, and screws put back in wrong locations. I was quite disappointed in the care that was taken with my property and was left wanting. We ended up having to replace the unit, but went with someone else to do the installation.

Our furnace stopped working 2 weeks ago and the company we originally hired tried to tell us the part to fix it was $800....We called Climate Control and Tony came out and fixed our furnace in 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost. He was honest and reliable and we have heat again 😊 Do not go anywhere else these guys are truly professionals!

We had our Daikin HVAC wall unit installed two years ago. This summer we noticed some leaking. We called Climate Control and they came out several times trying to locate problem. John finally found a small crack and said the unit needed to be replaced. Our warranty covered the new unit, but not labor. Jason sold us the unit originally and when he heard about our situation, he told us Climate Control would not ask us to pay for the labor since it has just been installed two years ago. I feel this company has a lot of integrity, back up their products and work. Each service person was very personable, professional and explain what they have found. I do recommend Climate Control.

We had terrible stinky sock syndrome coming from our cooling coil. Chris arrived at 8 am sharp. He removed the coil, cleaned it, and suggested adding Reme-Halo -- an RGF air purification system -- to kill mold spores, other microbes and odors. Fantastic! We have never breathed cleaner air in our house. As someone with Asthma, allergy to mold and chemical sensitivities, I am ecstatic! Chris is smart, energetic and professional. We will request him again for our annual maintenance and any needed repairs.

Climate Control has an after-hours “emergency” line that immediately connected me with a technician. Dennis has come to my home twice and has been punctual and professional. Other companies tried to sell me a complete overhaul of my comfort zone system. Dennis explained what was wrong with my current system and got it working. I would recommend this company.

We had Climate Control install a new high efficiency heat pump system in our home about 5 years ago. It replaced a 20 year old heat pump which was inefficient & undersized, and had lost most of its (now illegal) coolant. Wow what a difference! The Sales people were courteous and helpful in all aspects of the sale, thoroughly explaining all the rebates that were then currently available from PGE, State of Oregon and others. Although the new system was an unexpected hit to our wallets, we have saved a lot on our electric bills over the years and are very satisfied with our HVAC system & the excellent service we continue to receive from Climate Control. Climate Control Inc installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit a couple of years ago and we have used their maintenance plan. A service person comes out twice a year, in the fall for the furnace and in the spring for the air conditioning unit. They usually show me what they are doing and provide some tips from time to time. They have done their job quickly and efficiently. We have been very pleased with the maintenance service calls.

I have a service contract with Climate Control. Steve has serviced my system several times. He is consistently professional, personable and competent. Thank you Steve for your help and expertise!
