Climate Control

Just wanted to say Thank You to Climate Control for their service over the years. My first experience with CC was on Christmas eve several years ago when my furnace went out and they were the only ones that could send a technician out on short notice. They took care of the problem and I have been a customer since that time. Recently I had my heating and dryer ducts cleaned. When we notice a problem with the dryer the technician came back and spent the time necessary to insure that the problem was corrected. We plan to continue using CC for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Climate Control installed 4 new heat pump systems here at Chrysalis Farms seven years ago and we have had yearly maintenance contracts since. Everyone, particularly Eric and Dave, have been outstanding with prompt, capable professional service. We will not use any other contractor.

It has been such a treat to have work done by such a knowledgeable, trustworthy company. I can't say enough about, Dennis, one of their wonderful technicians. He knows our system better than anyone else that has worked on our furnace, he is timely, brilliant and kind.

I have never taken the time to formally review Climate Control and I feel bad. I know I look for reviews to make a decision on a company.

I have been using Climate Control for 20 + years for a reason. They are dependable, knowledgeable, great customer service and overall would recommend highly. Kudos to Climate Control and keep up the good work.

Shortly before our 2nd child was born we decided to pony up and install a completely new furnace and air conditioner in our house. We had purchased the house with no air and a 35 year old furnace and wanted to have good temperature control with 2 babies in the house. Climate Control had by far the best interaction on the sales call and the lowest price by several thousand dollars so we pulled the trigger.

The crew did a good job on install, though they did leave some drywall repairs left undone (I'd take off a half star for this, but it's not enough to drop it to a 4 star based on the rest of the story). They were clean and courteous of our space.

Unfortunately once the install was complete we noticed an immediate issue. It was during the cold snap and major snow storm a year ago and the furnace was just not keeping up. Set on max it wouldn't heat the house over 62 degrees. We had to run space heaters and had massive electric bills as a result.

Climate Control responded immediately and made numerous visits to the house to the try and figure it out. They even brought the rep from the manufacturer out to trouble shoot. Ultimately none of the solutions were working and there response was to completely remove the system and replace it with a different type and model. The new furnace is amazing and exactly what we were hoping for when we started this process.

This process was definitely frustrating for everyone, Climate Control included. The sold us a solution they thought would work, and it didn't, and they stood by their product. At no point did they request additional payment and I never heard a single complaint on their end. The stood by their work until they had a happy customer.

Thank you, Climate Control. My wife and I know the not every job goes perfectly, but you stayed with us and that means a lot.

Dennis was professional and knowledgeable about our Home Comfort Zone system. He quickly assessed the system, then took time to explain the settings and optimize them. I highly recommend Climate Control.

Steve was professional, experienced, efficient, and personable. Did the job and didn't try to sell us anything. Because of that, when we replace our old furnace we will look at Climate Control first.

We are very happy with Climate Control's timeliness, customer service, and especially impressed with their knowledgeable service tech, Scott. Our furnace quit working in December, 2013. Climate Control quickly sent their techs to our home, immediately ordered parts, and finished the installations. The furnace continued to malfunction. Scott would not quit until he solved every problem and had our furnace working again.

We will highly recommend Climate Control to all our residential and commercial real estate clients.

They were unfortunately delayed to look at the AC because of the backlog of requests during the heatwave. Then they also needed to return later in the appointment day because they would need a large enough ladder in addition to another technician (for safety) to reach the external unit on the roof. But once they were on the roof, they figured out what was wrong within 20 minutes and resolved the issue.
