Climate Control

I reached out to PGE to get an estimate on ductless heat pump units. Climate Control answered. I had a service call to look into installing a ductless heat pump system. I got several good possible alternatives to actually installing a ductless heat pump in our very warm upstairs bedroom. I got estimates for both the ductless heat pump and an alternative. In addition, the service person gave me some tips on how to maximize the existing air flow which has helped until we decide on how to go forward. Great service, great employees. Would recommend Climate Control for your HVAC needs.

I have used Climate Control for the past few years and would recommend them to anyone. They are always on time for a scheduled appointment and the first time I used them was when my furnace quit working during a very cold spell. I contacted a couple of companies that said they were too busy but could come out in a week. A friend of mine recommended Climate Control who I called and they were out the next morning to take care of the problem so again a great company.

Our heat pump stopped working sometime during the day and when I got home from work the house temperature was around 85 degrees. Called several HVAC companies that claimed to have 24 hour emergency service but they did not. Called Climate Control and a technician called me back right away and tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. After that didn’t work he came out and had our air conditioning back up in running in no time. Paid a little more for the after hours service but worth it. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing help with their HVAC system.

We have been customers of Climate Control for over 5 years, they have been responsive and helpful for both routine service and the times we have had system troubles. They installed our AC 2 years ago which was a live saver this hot summer of 2015. We also used them to install our Home Comfort zones system which allows us to control the heat/temp in each room separately even though the house has only one thermostat for a 3000sf home with two stories! I would recommend them and we continue to be satisfied customers.

I had them replace an old Home Comfort Zone system with the new system. It went very smoothly, they kept the house very clean and was done in just a few hours. Dennis was able to quickly identify and correct a problem with the system a few weeks after installation. The fact that he was aware of the latest issues from the manufacturer was great, unlike so many other techs who have to go back to the office and do research to find the right solutions.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Climate Control. We had them install a new high efficiency furnace and an on-demand tankless water heater two years ago and recently discovered a leak in a condensation line. After some discussions, Climate Control stepped up and covered the repair under warranty and all is well. They are professional, efficient, responsive and a great value. We love our new Carrier furnace and Rinnai tankless on-demand water heater.

The tech, Jason, was on time for the planned maintenance appointment, and he donned booties when he entered the house. Jason took pictures of the areas of concern in our heat pump, and he also showed me the results of the testing that was done. After his thorough explanation of two parts that could extend the life of our unit, we decided to have him replace both parts. Since the parts were replaced and the electronic filter was thoroughly cleaned, our heat pump is maintaining the set temperature more efficiently and isn't running as much as it was before. We're very happy with Jason and will continue our twice a year maintenance with Climate Control Inc.

Climate Control has taken care of my home for the last 25 years. They have seen me through remodels, and new construction. Their customer service is exemplary, and I have never had a problem with any of the work they have done for me.

I would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I live in a home I love and I care deeply about my family's comfort and safety, and I trust Climate Control. They have never let me down.

Hands down the most reliable HVAC company with the fastest turn around timing and the sweetest employees that could feel my pain when we were without heat in the 30 degree weather. They heard my problem and came right out the next day! Marlena was so patient with me and was very specific and explained step by step of the process and helped with the financial portion too. So pleased with the work and such amazing results from the clean and seal they did as well!! Definitely will recommend my family or friends to them in the future! :)
