Climate Control provides very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I was very impressed by the service Chris provided several days ago, for my heat pump maintenance, with all 3 of my filters being changed. Every encounter I have had with Climate Control employees in the last several years has been very positive. I was most impressed with the service provided by Chris!

My husband and I have had Climate Control for years do our yearly maintenance, and do repairs. They have always come in a timely manner and efficiently done the work, and thoroughly. We are very happy with the company and have recommended them to others when the occasion arises.

I have been a Climate Control customer for many years. I just want to say that this company is the best. They always advise me of upcoming dates for service, easy to schedule appointments within a time frame that works for me and are always on time, very friendly, professional and courteous. We recently bought a manufactured home and called them to check on our heating and air conditioning systems. They were awesome, pointed out possible problems and solutions. They are very honest and do not try to rip you off. Will continue to do business with them as long as I own my home. We also needed to install a water heater, something they do not do, but were more than happy to recommend an honest and reliable company! Now that is what I call service. Thank you Climate Control for always taking excellent care of my homes.

We've been using Climate Control for our heat pump/AC for over 15 years--in our previous house and then in our new house where we got a whole new system installed. They are prompt, courteous, and they do a good job of maintaining the equipment and explaining what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Reasonable price & prompt service. Techician Matt was very easy going & helpful. Showed me someting about my furnace filter placement I didnt know (!) & advised how to clean the coils on my heat pump - with a hose for free vs a service call. Saves me $250/yr. & gains them a very satisfied customer. I recommend.

Climate Control has been providing semi-annual service for close to 3 years now for me. They come out before each major season to perform maintenance and check things out. When they find an issue, they let me know and I can decide to do it myself or pay them to do it. The technicians are always prompt, professional, and efficient. I just signed up for the next year!

We have always gotten great service and good technicians every time Climate Control comes out to maintain our systems. Our most recent service was no exception. Grant was polite, informative, and readily answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with!

We had a consult with Marlena Jarvis, who initially came to see us, (immediately after another technician had come out do do a routine maintenance call); her visit with us was unrelated to the maintenance call, and was regarding installation of an air conditioning unit. During this visit I was thoroughly impressed with her professional knowledge, genuine concern for our needs and lifestyle, and was exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and engaging. Marlena displayed an interest and concern for our needs and comfort that was, in my experience, frankly exceptional!

Then, well after Marlena's appointment with us and well-past the close of business, I had to contact her directly to address a glitch in the system which (temporarily) left us in the cold, with the furnace shut down, after the initial technician had serviced the furnace and issued a clean bill of health. Marlena very graciously and with the patience of a Saint, spent about 45+ minutes on the phone, walking me through a re-boot of the system, which resulted in the furnace re-booting correctly, and warming our home on this chilly evening. Again, she was delightful in our conversation, patient in her instructions to me, and knew exactly how to guide me in a step-wise, systematic fashion. SHE IS A GEM!! And one of the reasons why we value and continue with CLIMATE CONTROL.

I very much appreciated working with Climate Control staff! From beginning to end! We loved Marlena in sales, she was NEVER pushy and only informative and super supportive of what was best for us. Also, the install guys were super professional and courteous!! Will use them for all our HVAC needs.

We were very pleased with the quality of service we received from Climate Control both before, during, and after our purchase of our new furnace and air conditioner. We also received excellent service from them on maintenance for our old units. I unreservedly recommend them to anyone needing either service or to purchase a new furnace/air conditioner.
