Climate Control

We had a lot of companies come out and do bids for our business. We are switching the office over to a ductless system. Climate Control was by far the best choice. Their pricing is competitive. Dave came out and did an assessment the next day after I called. He answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. The employees are on time, polite, tidy, and efficient. The communication has been outstanding. I went by their office to drop off some paperwork and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I plan on switching my home to a ductless system and I will absolutely have Climate Control install my system. This was an easy review...they are awesome.

Of course my furnace stopped working at the beginning of a week with super cold weather in the forecast. I was grateful that I was able to schedule a service appointment with Climate Control in a reasonable period of time. The technician was courteous and professional. Within an hour, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was such a relief to have our heat back on when it was below freezing outside. I'm glad I called Climate Control and I will use their business again in the future.

Zach came out to give us an estimate and was extremely thoughtful in examining all the options and explaining to us the pros and cons of each one.

My experience with Climate Control was great. The technician, Grant cleaned all the heating ducts in my home and the dryer vent system. He also performed a Heating system maintenance. I particularly loved that he found a ring that I really loved inside one of the vents, I was thrilled to have that back. He was very professional and thorough and explained the process to me very clearly. This is my third time using Climate Control and I will be a permanent customer of this company.

The capacitor for our furnace died the day before Thanksgiving. After searching online and finding nothing that would arrive until after the holidays, I was getting desperate. I found Climate Control through an recommendation from a hardware store, and they were able to get me a capacitor right away. The hardware store employed said they were very nice, and he was right! Dave, the service manager, was very kind when I explained the situation, and we got the capacitor we needed. I would definitely use Climate Control in the future if we have other furnace issues!

We were very pleased with our experience with Climate Control from beginning to end. It was great to secure a prompt appointment right before the heat wave hit, and then Dennis showed up right on time and delivered the bad news that we needed a new system. Marlena was wonderful to work with, as she provided everything we needed to know for a new system. Then the J-Crew, Josh and Jordan, went above and beyond while installing our new unit. Efficient service and quality work from beginning to end. We highly recommend Climate Control.

We live in a multi-family building (15 condos) and several owners in our building recommended Climate Control for maintenance on the heating/cooling units here. Our neighbor alerted us to some odd fan noises coming from our unit's outdoor unit and Climate Control was able to quickly accommodate us. (They even worked around the lack of street parking when PGE was doing broad neighborhood maintenance and off many street parking spaces). For this newer homeowner, the technician who came, Dean, was on-time, courteous, explained everything to me and what all the costs were PLUS gave additional recommendations. Unfortunately it seems like we'll be due for a complete overhaul within the next 5 years, but he did say that with the work done today we gave ourselves a little extra cushion so we can save for the full replacement. A+ work and I'm glad that the rest of the building likes and supports them as well.

Our experience with Climate Control has been fantastic! We were in the market for a new AC and Brett/sales came out and walked us through the process and made us feel very confident in the company and service. The turn around time from the initial call to the quote and install was about 3 weeks, which is incredible. The install team- J & J did fantastic as well, answering questions and being flexible with our needs. Communication was prompt and clear for the whole process. Thank you guys!

I have been a Climate Control customer since 1990. They have done all my furnace and AC maintenance for thirty-one years, and I have purchased four complete systems from them. They have helped me rehab a 1935 home and done a new construction design and install for me. I think I have seen just about every aspect of their business. I highly recommend them. I'm not just a person who sticks with whomever; they are the only company I have such a long history with. Why have I stayed with them? Integrity, quality, and service. They are an old fashioned company that really cares about the quality of their work, and they stand by that work. If something goes wrong, they will make it right, and go the extra mile. When they say they'll be there, they are. When you need them, they are responsive and helpful. They are just really good competent people, and they have continually hired good people over the decades. Furnaces and ACs last a long time, and you need someone who can go the distance. You won't go wrong to put your faith in Climate Control.

Grant came out and tuned up our furnace and AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found one issue with the AC and was able to show me what the issue was with his tools. He also had a replacement part in his van so he was able to fix the unit right then. I really liked Grant and hopefully they will send him the next time I need my HVAC serviced. Great job and I will absolutely use this company again!
