Philip replaced board in Mitz. Mini-Split upstairs. Box outside needs to be replaced, and add surge protector. Looks like a power surge did the damage. Don't know how we're going to fund that so need to figure something out. It needs to be done... We do really like Philip and everyone else we've worked with over the years. I miss talking with Mike though...

I have an older heat pump system that I inherited when moving in 6 months ago. Clawson came out the day after I called. They placed the home on "Emergency Mode", so I would be warm. They advised what parts needed to be ordered & scheduled their return. A few days later, they came out & did the repair. Their technician Philip is wonderful! He's very thorough & polite. I highly recommend Clawson for all your HVAC needs. I will be calling them again for future needs.

From ease of booking an appointment, to the friendliness of the customer service team and install team, I don’t think I’ve ever been happier with a company. Phillip was our tech, he made us feel safe and taken care of. Our heat was out for a few days, it was a tricky fix and he was able to get it up and running for my kids and I. Of course the A/C crapped out the first really hot weekend of the year. After numerous calls to others companies Clawson was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday! The customer service on the phone was awesome and the technician, Philip, was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole fix. We will now be comfortable for the hot weekend! He arrived, looked at what was shown to him, dealt with it. Opened furnace he did what he was here for. Got paid cash, He did not have change. Left everything sounds great. Happy New Year's to all.

These guys are great! Our AC went out in the middle of a 100 degree week in Oregon and despite how busy they were, they got our system up and running within 48hrs and at a great price. Other places were scheduling a week out! I will definitely be using them from here on out. Forever grateful!

Have been using Clawson to do our furnace maintenance for several years now. They send a reminder a few days ahead of the appointment, provide a report on everything they've done showing the test results. Have always been pleasant to deal with. Would recommend them to others.
