From booking any service to the on-site technicians, my experience using Clawson was incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. Technicians arrived exactly at the quoted time, were very respectful of the home, occupants, and COVID precautions. Work was completed in the scheduled time with no issues. Our technician even took the time to point out we had been charged for something we didn't need and deducted the price on the spot. Following installation we received a thorough walkthrough of our new system and the areas in which they worked were left cleaner than when they arrived. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended, even without the warranty we received we would be returning for any future maintenance needs.

I had them come out because the furnace would not fire up. The tech who was good btw, said it was the igniter and would have the office call me with the price. When they called they said the part was over $300. Now I just had an igniter put in and it was $89 for the part. So I called two other places including the place that sold me this igniter and the parts place said it didn't matter original part or generic they both were around $85-$90.
I Believe everyone is entitled to make a profit but over 250% is absolutely insane.

AC went bust and they were able to get a tech out there within 24 hours in the middle of summer. Have called on them a few times and they've always been quick and professional.

Would seriously consider egging rival AC company's HQs as a show of support (kidding...kinda).

Clawson's Heating & Air Conditioning is one of those service providers you always trust and recommend to your family and friends. On time with several reminders and a phone call when they are near. Courteous and professional technicians. Great products and service at very competitive rates. I have used them for years, including installation and maintenance at two separate homes and I have no need to call anyone else.

Had technician come out to evaluate a concern with HVAC system. He was punctual, professional and thorough evaluating the components. Took time to answer my questions and help me understand what the measurements meant.

I called in on a Sunday and had a technician in my house within 2 hours. Again, this was a Sunday when the office is only open for emergencies. After ruling out a couple of variables, we decided together to reschedule time on Monday as some poor home wiring needed to be redone. Chris was back the next day and finished up fairly quick.

Earlier in the year I signed up for a 3 year maintenance program. Mostly because the office was amongst the kindest and helpful I have ever worked with. Talk about service with a smile you could hear through the phone! So glad I did - Chris was awesome. Knew what he was doing. Explained everything to me. Even asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was at my house (in a mask the entire time).

I highly recommend Clawson!

Luckily they were able to send a serviceman out the same day I called due to the fact my furnace didn’t come back on after a power outage. He quickly found the problem but unfortunately couldn’t fix it since it is an electrical issue that requires an electrician. He showed me the readings on both breakers and that one wasn’t getting any power to it. I will definitely call them again if I have any more issues with my furnace or heat pump.

Arron and Carson came out and installed a new AC for us. They were the most professional and pleasant people I have ever worked with. They kept me posted all day on what they were doing and made sure if I had any questions, they were addressed right away in detail. Everything went smooth from the day I received an estimate, to working with people via phone prior to installation and the actual install. Thanks for the awesome experience and I look forward to using our new AC.

Phillip did a fantastic job of repairing the fan on our furnace in a very timely and , professional manner!!! We were so appreciative that the re pair was completed in just a couple days

I've had this company out to look at my vintage furnace twice. Once (a year ago), for minor help, and a year later for a seized motor. Both times, very responsive, and good customer relations. First visit, I was warned about the motor, and suggested a full replacement. No sales pitch, or manipulation, just honest info about my options, and efficient, experienced help. They'll definitely be getting my business, from here on out.
