They came out the same day I called & came earlier than anticipated which was great. They fixed the problem, super professional, I would recommend them.

Just called the company today for an air conditioning emergency....Temps in the 90's. They came the same day and fixed the problem. Clawsons has always been great with all issues, and have awesome customer service. We had our first installation of heating, and air conditioning done in 1999, would never use another company.

Clawson installed a new furnace for me on 1/18/2022. I had gone 74 days with no heat. My home warranty company and their assigned contractor is a separate issue. Clawson came to my rescue and rushed my install. The office staff did a great job in setting up the job. The service technicians Scott and Reuben were on time, professional, and went above expectations. I have put them at the top of my recommendation list. Their commitment to customer service is 110%. Called them yesterday, they got out to us today, repaired our unit within 15 minutes. Justin was kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The woman who answered the phones yesterday was also very professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone

I was worried about a huge bill and possible furnace replacement but it turned out I installed my thermostat wrong. Took a while to figure that out but since it was such an easy Jeff fix they gave me a slight discount. Very informative and explain things expertly

The blower motor went out on my furnace and stopped working over the weekend. Monday morning I called Clawson Heating and they were able to send someone out the next morning to diagnose the issue. Within a couple of days they were able to order a replacement and have it installed. By Friday I was back up and running. My family and I are grateful for the fast turnaround. Philip was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend him and Clawson Heating.

We found Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning on the NW Natural Gas website, and we are so glad we chose Clawson over all the other recommendations. Phillip showed up on time, wearing a mask and ready to get the furnace running again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional; didn't try to sell us a new furnace -like others have- and left us ready to face the upcoming winter with a working heating system.
