Clawson Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been a customer of Clawson for 19 years. I bought my furnace from them and it lasted 19 years! Their technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous and nice. I will use Clawson for another 20 years if I have my way.

I didn't actually get any work done, because they refused to do any work. I asked about getting routine annual maintenance and to have a vent reattached, they refused to work on the vent and offered no means of completing the work. This business is looking to do quick and easy routine maintenance and pocket some quick easy cash. The customer service rep was dismissive and only wanted to push people towards their service package.

Marlin was very polite and considerate. He was very thorough and completely checked everything on the furnace. We would recommend Clawson and Marlin highly!

Justin did a great? He stuck to it and was able to find the problem. He took care of it and checked other items on the system! He made sure everything was good before he left. This is the second time we have used Clawson and we will continue to use them in the future!

Clawson installed a brand new Trane AC unit and furnace in my home. Removal and install went pretty well although we suffered from the same supply chain delay issues that affected everything else this year. Clawson offered to speed up the process by providing equipment from a more readily available manufacturer, but I waited it out.

Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and when maintenance was needed, there was an immediate response from a professional, courteous, and effective team.

Prices were slightly higher than average, but you get what you pay for with this company. They even resolved problems created by other contractors! (On a related note, be careful using Willard Power Vac Inc to have your ducts cleaned) When work was needed, they scheduled someone to come out the next day, and Brent spent extra time to make sure all our problems were resolved in a very thorough and clean manner.

I’m truly impressed with Clawson Heating! They are a wonderful local company. Very professional and with excellent customer service. I purchased their annual maintenance service contract and have had them perform both my A/C and heating. Customer service proactively called and scheduled my heating service. Typically when you purchase these maintenance contracts, companies hope that you forget to use them, reducing the number of technicians needed to service the amount of oversold contracts but not Clawson. Prior to my technicians arrival they sent an email with Philip's photo confirming the appointment. I highly recommend Clawson!

Clawson installed and serviced the furnace at my previous home for over 15 years and I was always impressed with their service and their knowledgeable and courteous service people. So when I moved to a new home, of course I contacted them to inspect and maintain the heating and cooling system there. I appreciate being able to rely on them to keep my house warm when it’s cold out and cool when it’s hot. A great company!
