Clawson Heating & Air Conditioning

We bought into the maintenance plan that they offer and the best part is that you get service the day of when you have a heating or AC emergency. I called at 7 pm and Justin was awesome! He arrived in about 30 min and fixed the problem that night. We didn’t have to go without heat! Great experience.

Update 5/12/2023 - We did have Clawson replace our system last year. We were pleased. They came out on Thursday, 4/27/23 to provide a one-year checkup and service on the system. Everything seemed to be fine. The next day was the hottest day of the year so far - the first over 80. We open windows in the morning to get fresh cool air, then close up. Our house is well insulated, so the AC did not kick in until after 6pm. We noticed it was running a long time, and then that the outdoor ac unit was not running. We called, but had to leave a voice mail. No one called back. I reached them on Monday morning. They came out to check, and it miraculously was working fine. They let me know that they have been purchased by another company and currently have no after hours service available. So we just have to hope it keeps working. Today is Friday, and the next really hot day. Our AC turned on at 7:30 pm, except once again the outdoor condenser unit does not turn on. And again, no after hours service is available. I am sad to say, we are no longer happy customers.

We have used a different company for the last 10 years. Our furnace was serviced at the end of September and we were told that everything was fine. Two weeks later, our furnace would not turn on. A technician came and found a lot of rust (which had never been mentioned by any prior tech) and said we would need to either do a major repair or replacement. We ended up with a truly ridiculous quote on replacement. We called Clawson for a second opinion. Brent checked everything thoroughly. After a couple hours, he had it fixed. The system's air intake was stuffed full of leaves - something our previous company never checked in 10 years! We talked about how best to keep tabs on the rust issue, what to look for, etc. We will need a new furnace at some point, but not right now. When we do, we will definitely call Clawson!

I cannot brag about Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning enough!! They go above and beyond with their services. They have serviced my home for several years now... every person that I have had the pleasure to talk to and meet has been wonderful, helpful, kind and efficient... You cannot go wrong with Clawson services!!! Thank you for rescuing my vintage system, again!!!

Called to get a quote on a new heating and air conditioning system to replace the system that was originally installed over 31 years ago when the house was built. Chris came out and looked at what I had and gave me a bid that was considerably less than other contractors. He didn't try to up sell me but rather explained to me that what was installed was properly sized for the house and the duct size. He quoted me on the same system with Trane equipment.

Tyler and Zach installed the new units in two days and I am very pleased with their work and their professional on this project. I am happy that I choose Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning as my contractor and Trane equipment.

The whole process from start to finish was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.
I would definitely recommend Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning if you are needing to replace your unit(s) or need service work. This is an outstanding company to work with. I will be having them service my equipment moving forward.

They were fast, efficient, and came a day earlier than scheduled which was great since our heat was not working. They explained everything they were doing and upfront on what the cost would be before they started fixing the problem.

For both the installation of a new air conditioning unit and repair of our furnace, Clawson was honest, upfront about costs and very responsive and professional.
