Phillip was very professional and did an amazing job. He thoroughly checked our entire system and explained what went wrong, while not trying to upsell us on unnecessary services. Would definitely recommend their service.

Our furnace had gone out during a cold snap so I was calling around to find someone who was available as soon as possible. Although it was several days before we could get a repairman it was the soonest any business offered. The woman that took my call was kind, caring and pleasant. The repairman was exceptional in his communication skills, knowledge and thoroughness. We will be customers whenever we need work or maintenance done based on this very good experience!

Matt (sales) and Justin (installation manager) combined their talents and expertise to come up with the perfect solution. The installation team executed the plan flawlessly. The attention to detail, exceptional qualified tradesmen and customer service was triple A+. A special thank you to Ruben and his assistant for going above and beyond and Carson for walking us through our new system. Thank you Amy for the lovely gift basket and Carly who took great care in making sure scheduling and accounting went seamless. Everyone that we've encountered with Clawson has been super professional and kind. Both of the times we have had maintenance checks on our system the technicians were running early and called to see if coming before our window would work for our schedule. When does that ever happen anymore? All of the technicians we've had in our home have been respectful of our home, quick, and efficient. We're super happy with Clawson's service!

I've used Clawson for a while now. They earned my business years ago, when I had a furnace at my rental house go down in winter. They took great care of me, came out same evening, didn't gouge me. Fixed it right the first time. Since then, I've had them do all my service and maintenance. Priced well, good communication, respectful of my home and always punctual. Thank you!

Phil was our tech and what a great guy. He was prompt and courteous both times he came out. He has quite the way delivering bad news, he lessened the blow. Angel was the office individual I worked with to set up appts and order appointments; what a nice and responsive person! I would definitely use Clawson again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Thank You Clawson heating& Air you guys are seriously a life safer! Our Ac fan motor broke the other day I called schedule an appt. The next day Brett came few hours early (thank goodness) diagnose in less than 5 min. We ordered the part & was told possibly next Monday but literally got a call next day that our part was delivered & they came back and installed it all within an hour. Price was affordable out technician Brett was professional and quick I am so happy we got it fix before the heatwave next week.

From start to finish just an incredible team! Everyone I met from Clawson was wonderful! They were quicker to install than I thought possible during a heat wave, and went out of their way to make us a priority. They made us feel like VIPs.
