Great service, I got a real person on the first call, they were able to come out within 24 hours and advised me of what they found and what my options were. The service is on upper end of cost, however when you have an emergency, having a plumbing service that can fit you in in short order is more important. Would definitely use them again.

Alan was exceptional in his level of service for our pluming needs this past visit. Very personable, explained the job in layman's terms for us non-plumbers, and gave an excellent debrief report when the job was done. We will certainly look to use Mr. Rooter again for our plumbing needs.

This review is for the local owner of Mr. Rooter plumbing in Bend, Oregon. My husband and I had a water leak recently in one of our walls. We had an issue with the work that was performed to fix the leak by one of the Mr. Rooter plumbers. The local owner here in Bend stood by us, his customers, and refunded us the entire amount that we had paid. He accepted responsibility and was very pleasant to speak with on the phone.

I did not have an emergency situation so I waited a day or two for the actual service call. BO the technician was exceptional. However the price to unclog a drain pipe (10-15 minutes max) was $300. I asked for a discount and still ended up paying $270. Absolutely a rip off!!!!!!

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to fix a simple copper T with a slow leak as I was going out of town and did not have the time to do the repair. Over the phone I was told the cost would be about $250. My wife called me in a panic because the guy who showed up decided it was a $654 job. I asked him what changed to increase the cost so much. He explained the company has a price list they must use. As the pipe was going through a joist, and he needed to cut a little more drywall than I already had cut for access, the price was now $654. I explained I knew how to fix copper pipe, and that this was an hour job. I asked him if that was correct. He said it would take about an hour. I asked for him to explain why he was charging me that much for an hour job. He said, that is the price in the price list. I told him what a crook he was and to get out of my house. I fixed the pipe myself in a bit over an hour today. Do not use or trust this company.

They are great. Since it was the weekend I expected to wait until Monday for service, but they kept us alerted as to when the tech could be with us.
He was very good, and made sure we knew what he was doing. Took care of problem on site. If you have a plumbing problem, they are the ones to call.

Excellence!! Work and Service!! No water.... First thing Saturday morning (of course). Massive stress as we melt ice to make coffee. Only one warm being to actually answer their phone. Jeff (also known as simply the best), came in the afternoon and fixed everything in sight. Along with great advice and referrals as to proceed after a main pipe burst. Absolutely recommend Mr Rooter any day of the week!!
