Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Oregon

We had a fantastic experience with Alan! He showed up on time, listened to our issues, and then fixed the problems in an incredibly efficient manner. He was done much faster than we thought he would be and everything works great now. We will definitely be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Oregon again.

Beau was great and so was Mary who spoke to me on the phone. They were able to come and help us out within a couple hours of our call which was awesome. Beau came exactly when we were told he was going to, got the job done quickly, and was very knowledgable and nice! We will continue our business with Mr. Rooter! Thanks a lot!

Hot water heater in our home failed after 16 years. Called 5-6 plumbers in the Bend/Sunriver area. Cambria (sp?), the receptionist, was quite helpful and had Roger, the plumber, call me to discuss my options. Other plumbers just wanted to give me a fee with little discussion about my options or what they would be doing. Charges proposed were reasonable and somewhat less than the others I received.

Roger came and installed my new hot water heater a few days later. Surprising how much one misses hot water when it is gone!:-) Roger was very professional and despite some challenges with the installation he remained pleasant answering several questions I had. Did not realize prior to this that hot water heaters should be drained yearly to maximize their life expectancy.

Would recommend Mr. Rooter and will contact them first the next time I need plumbing.

James is very professional, timely, thorough and just an awesome person! He called to let me know when he would arrive, after he had diagnosed the issue to provide cost, and when he had completed the job. James explained everything and answered all of my questions. We will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Very Impressed, I have dealt with Mr. Rooter and their techs on several issues that were needed at the property I and my wife manage, But this visit was extremely Impressive.. Roger showed on time and did a job by his self that I have paid 4 other techs to do, He did it Quicker, Cleaner & Quoted a Price and It was what he stated. If any one needs a Plumber I would Highly suggest you contact Mr. Rooter You Cant Go Wrong!!!

Great and quick service from Jeff at Roto-Rooter! My Sunriver guests were dealing with a leaky kitchen sink and Jeff was able to get out to my house and fix it in no time. He was prompt, courteous and even followed up after his repair work with a phone call explaining the issue in detail. Definitely recommend them!

These guys are crooks! Especially James... How these guys have such good reviews, I have no idea... We called them for a simple repair to our sump tank discharge pipe (not sure that's the actual name) and they wanted to charge us between $450-650! Total BS. Called Severson Plumbing and they came out the following day, took a quick look, ran to Ferguson, came back with parts and had it fully repaired in an hour for $130... Do NOT call Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. Go to Severson -They'll take care of you quickly and effectively and not try to rob you in the process.

I called Mr. Rooter for a plumbing repair and they came within a few hours. I really appreciated their professionalism, and the follow through with the job. I found them to be very competitively priced, and prompt. Definitely recommend.

Called them around noon, they came at 2:45 and were done by 3:05!! I could NOT believe how fast and great the service was!! I will use them for EVERYTHING from now on!

Scheduled an appointment for this morning at 8:00 AM. I received a call around 7:45 letting me know the plumber was getting a part, and would be in at 9:00 AM to do the repair. I received a second call asking if I can take a later appointment, as the plumber had to finish a job he started the previous day. I had company in town, and appointments to keep, so I requested to have the technician service my home before returning to his previous job site. I was told this was no problem. I received a third call a little over an hour later stating the plumber botched the job from the previous night, allegedly causing 70 (SEVENTY!) homes to flood, and he would be unable to service my home. It felt unreal. The saleswoman I spoke with said he was one of their best. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will flood your home, the homes of your neighbors, or simply not show up, as was the case for me.
