I normally dont bother to do reviews, but this one warrants one.

Preston (hope i spelled that right) came out to my place, did an excellent Job, sent me pictures and videos since Im out of town, and saved me almost $9k for my previous plumber.

I was told my house needed re-piped, Preston came out, looked at everything and within 4 hours had every single problem fixed!

Prices were fair and honest. Preston told me everything up front and really went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer, even in the middle of this virus-pocalypse.

If his bosses are reading this, buy that man some liquor and a give him an “Atta Boy.” I insist.

Roger came to our home on short notice on a Saturday. He fixed the pipe really fast and with a great attitude, he was really wonderful!

Today, a Saturday (does a plumbing emergency ever happen any other time but a weekend!) I needed a plumber. They came when they said they would. The plumber was kind, patient and personable and explained why I should not put eggshells down my garbage disposal but did it in a way that I did not feel diminished at all. He was thorough and he even cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed and will use them again, if I ever need a plumber. THANK YOU!!

This plumbing company was the best I have ever worked with!! Another company came out a year ago and charged us over $1,000 and didn't do anything! Mr. Rooter came out on a weekend, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!!

We have a house from 1910. There will always be plumbing issues due to the age of the house. We had a leaking bathtub faucet and broken outside hose bibb. The Mr. Rooter time showed up and worked overtime to get the project done. There was a small issue of having old parts match with new parts (not their skill our quality, simply the age of the house), they came back out and fixed the issue with no additional charges. Truly going above and beyond. We will call the Mr. Rooter team from here on out for any future projects. Thank you!
