Our technician, Beau was very professional and thorough. We had a clogged pipe that was way too far downstream for me to resolve on my own so I’m so glad we left it to these professionals to resolve it for us. Great service and a fair price. Thank you.

2 days before Christmas the pressure valve was spewing water in the garage. The water had to be turned off so I called Mr Rooter to come have a look. The valve had a crack in it & needed to be replaced. I was quoted $1,100 but was desperate for water so had to pay it because no other company was available. After Christmas I received call backs from 3 other plumbing companies who quoted me more than half of what I paid. I feel taken advantage of by Mr Rooter since they knew I needed water and will never use again! Shame on them.

We had CPVC pipes at one location and they froze. We called Mr. Rooter and they responded that day. We had them replace the CPVC sections with Pecs . Great job and excellent service technicians.

The only people we will ever use! Have used them multiple times and never disappointed in our service or wait time. They are simply the best in town and I always appreciate the kind service we receive!

Technician came out to help me install a new filteration system on my fridge and a new water line. They were friendly, prompt, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing to address the issue and even gave me my first filter for free. I would absolutely call them again.

Great office staff. Plumber was delayed but they communicated well. Plumber was very knowledgable and friendly.

We needed our washing machine hook ups changed out to a non plastic shut off valves, we also needed our toilet and under the bathroom sink valves changed as well. We needed our outside spigots changed or fixed, and all of it got done. This wonderful man came and fixed it all, in a timely pace and got it done! He was so knowledgeable on any questions we had and got the job done. The only downside to the repairs is the pricing, which was just a lot of money for such easy, simple jobs to do. I don’t blame them for the pricing, as I know everywhere is like that around here! I would hope one day that pricing would go down, so more people can afford to get things fixed or changed out, so they and their house are safe from future events! Much appropriated work and professionalism!
