Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Oregon

We had an emergency leak on a weekend. We were able to schedule a plumber for the following day. Preston arrived at the time given to us and was very professional and helpful. He looked at the situation and gave us two options with pricing. He completed the work we requested in a very timely manner and also showed us the failing part. He was also kind enough to show us how to turn off the water to our house.

The response time was excellent. Beau Shelton did a great job. He was professional and extremely friendly. We would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Wow, totally blown away by the incredible service we received today. Alan was here at 8:30 am, within 24 hours of my home warranty call. He looked at three faucets, and had to come back to get a third part for our unusual, custom faucets. He was back by 4:00! Very personable, and wore booties too!

Beau from Mr. Rooter is one of the BEST plumbers in any company in Central Oregon. My plumbing situation fixed itself but in the event I need someone I recommend Beau to all of my friends and family. All around great guy!

Jefdf the plumber came promptly and was quickly able to fix and repair

I tried installing a new vanity in the bathroom, but I did not do a good job of connecting the pipes. They slowly leaked and and the water was building up in the sink. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they were able to send a tech out the next day to fix my problem. The tech, Jeff, was incredibly nice and explained where I went wrong. He fixed the problem and also checked out the rest of the bathroom to make sure everything was in working order.

Sewer Inspection services for new build. All coordination was done remotely. Very easy and simple process! Great Company!

Bo was professional and got right to the problem. Unfortunately it was ot if their scope of work (drainfield). I would definitely use them again!
