Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Oregon

We had a leaking toilet and Mr Rooter sent a plumber out the same day we requested service. First plumber got the leak stopped for awhile. Later it started leaking again. The next day a different plumber came and repaired the toilet again. So far the repair held. Both plumbers were professional people. The second plumber had more experience and was more thorough. We are very satisfied with the work.

They were responsive to my initial inquiry when I realized there was a problem with my water heater. I was able to get on their schedule the next day. The technician showed up on time and had a new water heater installed within a few hours.

Roger showed up on time and was professional in evaluating my water heater. He replaced the WH in a very short time and it looks great. I am very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner. Would not hesitate in requesting him in the future.

Mr. Rooter responded to a home warranty claim a few times and a new project I had going on in my home. Their pricing is very fair, but their processes from answering the phone to getting a qualified, professional plumber out on site was pleasant and reliable at all times I experienced. Thank you for taking care of me, the customer!

Absolutely the best people you could have to fix your plumbing issues. Have been amazing working with us to fix an issue on our older home. Have been understanding and worked with us along the way. Could not recommend more.

Our water heater failed 4 days ago. I placed a call on a Sunday afternoon and within 2 hrs, the tech was at our house. The tech was able to divert the hot water to another heater, so we had access to hot water the same day and we had a new water heater installed within 2 days. The cost was more than acceptable, however the cleanliness, professionalism and overall service was amazing. I would highly recommend again and again.

Roger was very professional and let me know what he needed to do. He was on time and was able to finish the job in less time than he thought it would take. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problems in the future.

Beau was our technician today and he was on time, ready and very knowledgeable of the situation we were dealing with. He was quick and easy to find a solution to recommend for us, and even helped locate the tank lid for our septic tank. We will never hesitate to call on him for help again!

We had to have a new hot water heater installed in 2019 and Jeff installed it perfectly! I found Mr. Rooter to offer outstanding customer service! Mary, who works in the office, even took care of an issue we were having with the home warranty company on a Saturday evening that was also her wedding anniversary! Jeff even called them on his day off to correct some misinformation! Can't say enough about the service I received AND the quality installation, friendly service, and knowledge that we received from Jeff. Great company!

Update 9/17/21
We are having people over for dinner at 5:30 and I still had a dish to prepare. It's 3:15. I decided to use the disposal to get rid of a large bag of some bad Brussel sprouts and did it too fast so that BOTH sinks were now utterly clogged with Brussel sprout leaves! How can I do my dinner party with guests coming in 2 hours and no kitchen sink??? Horrors! I call Mr. Rooter, their emergency guy was just on his way to Prineville and in my area at the time. Bo pulled up in our driveway 10 MINUTES LATER! Problem was fixed in 40 minutes and I was good to go! It was a bit pricey, but hey, they saved my butt! Have you ever called a plumber and had them there in 10 minutes on an emergency? Doesn't happen!
